   The place it’s self is good to work for the people who stay! but Disgusting management, unfair dismissal, do not care about staff welfare what so ever , will change shifts to suit other employees, there is 1 certain employee who is nasty and horrible and nothing will get done about “her” , avoid this place at all costs, I am not the first person to complain about how things are with this company

   First impressions looks like a travel lodge, same kinda set up with room plans etc but you have a little bar and eating area for take outs ,pwrfect for the travelling contract which is my purpose of this stay

   The room is nothing like the picture. It was extremely dirty , wasn’t even hoovered. No internet connection, Oh my God the shower was 4 line of water dripping down, I have a short hair and took just 15 minutes to do 1 round shampoo and wash , no electric plugs by bed to charge the phone , It says iron available but it wasn’t any . Bed and pillow cases smell horrible, I had to cover the pillow with my shirt. Spider and dead insects everywhere, on floor, in toilet, windows were locked. The receptionist said there are no bar staff in weekends. He said there are no cleaners in weekends. After first night I asked for part refund as was mentioned at beginning that was an option but then receptionist said they took the money and is none refundable. The duvet was do thin and surly good for baby and not an adult. It was disgusting. Had to go up and down 4 times to get the key card to open the room as it wasn’t working and at the end they gave me that master key to open the door and the only key . I asked for receipt on check out and none was available to be given . They ask me to be patient to receive one in 2 days time . Why on Earth this building even listed as hotel??? If you have kids don’t go here. Absolutely wrong crowd in weekends, all I heard from other rooms were loud sexual activities by women moaning. Horrible. And no money will be refunded.

   Absolutely rotten, blood on my bed, 2 pin tv pug rammed into a 3 pin, bathroom was covered in grime and the whole place smelt stale. We were booked in for two nights and only stayed one. When we complained about the tv socket they tried to blame other customers. Stay away

   Nice place to stay although main road was a bit noisy but bearable. Staff really friendly and were very welcoming. Would liked to have dinner there but restaurant was closed. There's an Indian takeaway nearby and that was closed too (Tuesday's only). Staff did however have takeaway brochures and ordered on my behalf. There's a bar and a small lounge too. The room was ok for the price (£65) but was room only. Bed comfy and everything was clean and tidy. I would stay here again.
