I love coming here. The seats are amazing, the popcorn is cheap, only the car park is bit expensive. But it's definitely my favourite cinema in the area

Easy to get to venue (on ring road), parking just below with lifts and walkway up to venue. Clean venue except men’s toilets. Men’s toilets need refurbishment. No code needed for toilet. Cinema room has large recline chairs. Selection of food , drinks and ice cream to buy. Local shops and food venue very close to cinemas. Arcade very close to venue to entertain before or after going cinemas.

The cinema venue itself is very nice, with great seating options and facilities. However, the parking that’s run by minster bay is a scam. We paid at the machine and left immediately with proof of paying just shortly of exiting the carpark. Minster Bay sent a fine of £100 for an apparent extra 15 minutes. Despite proof and appeal they denied the request.

The film was good. No issues there. Seats were very comfortable. Severely under staffed. My visit on the 3rd of November. One person behind the counter serving food and tickets. There was someone walking around emptying bins while the queue kept building. The staff were happy and smiley and they attended to my needs. No issues there. I think the issue was further up the food chain. The auditorium, was clean and tidy. On my visit to the toilets when leaving the premises I was greatly disappointed the floor was messy. There was something spilt on the floor. The cubicle walls were stained which we can only be described as overspray. And look like they haven't been wiped for quite some time. Other than the negative points overall service pretty good. There were smiles and happy faces which can go a long way despite cleanliness and the condition of the premises.

We came to watch Avatar 2, we were in Screen 5. Lovely reclining seats and footrests so we were comfy for the 3 and a half hour film! Bought a large 'meal deal' type which was main+drink+snack, tango ice blast you need to add another £1 so it was £15 altogether. Worth it for that duration of a film but something to think about because it's practically just as expensive as 2 tickets. Staff were friendly, everything was clean. Great experience for a lovely treat

This is the best cinema around, best prices, best food and drink options. I honestly used to pop in just for he nachos! Every seat is a 'premium' seat. Huge reclining leather seats with you own adjustable table and ample drink holders. The screens are all huge and sound system is brilliant, your guaranteed to have that Cinema experience that makes it still worth paying for post Netflix.

Friendly staff at the main checkouts were super helpful despite us being behind schedule. They helped us pick out some great seats and got us quickly sorted with coffee and requisite popcorn. The screen was no4 and not one of the primary screens yet still a good size with outstanding sound and visual quality. The reclining electric leather seats made the drive really comfortable and relaxing. Vue are one of the few major companies that will still show niche movies on a regular basis that would generally not appear at the manor multiplexes. Support this relatively rare and disappearing gem. It is head and shoulders above the local competition in every way!

Just turned up after midday for potentially my first cinema visit since before the first lockdown. An unplanned, spontaneous decision. Wanted to find out what was on first. All three machines for looking/booking were out of order. The shutters were just opening and when they did I tried to go in to see the film list and a lady said ‘sorry, not open until quarter to two’. I asked where I could find out what films were on at least, as their app wasn’t working very well on my phone and all of their ATMs were offline. She just said ‘sorry’ and started talking to a colleague. Incredibly rude, curt, unhelpful and unwelcoming. I won’t be going back, ever.
