“Been to see Me & My Girl this afternoon. An amazing show. Congratulations to all involved. The leading man was brilliant.”
“Absolutely amazing. All of the teachers are knowledgeable in their fields, friendly and encouraging. My daughter loves it and learns so much, although she thinks thats she is just having fun. She has come on leaps and bounds in confidence since joining. Security and safety of the children is paramount. It is an incredible class, inclusive of singing, acting, dancing and stage performance. I could ask for anything more for my daughter! Thank you to all the wonderful staff ❤️”
“I really enjoy cineworld when I go, of course things are expensive but that's what you get at the cinema. The chairs are comfy, screens are a good size. Nothing to really complain about. Wish more people went to the cinema more often.”
“Neat, clean, tidy. Really enjoyable stay”
“I came here to watch Zootopia 2 with my nephews on December 19th, at the 5 PM showing. The staff were great, helpful, and friendly. The service was equally good as well.”
“Absolutely great thing to do! Food was ace, set up is great, staff lovely”
“Amazing friendly dance school. I was so nervous walking in as an adult (30) and not having danced for years but I had no need to worry. Everyone is so lovely and so talented! Friday heels is the best if you need a bit of a confidence pick me up! My little girl loves her toddler classes on a Saturday morning and it's great that we get to attend the same school and take part in the same show ❤️”
“I have ordered specific shelves for gaming systems in the rack of my theater. Without fail, every single product fits the indented system PERFECTLY. Like a custom made home theater shelf. I live in Maryland in the United States and the shipping was surprisingly fast. Like a buddy flew home with it over the weekend fast. I cannot recommend them enough, what a fabulous product and outstanding shipping. 100/10 across the board. You will not be disappointed.”
“Absolutely brilliant service. My dad used to go here and when my dryer broke I thought I would give them ago. Very knowledgeable and professional…delivered same day/fitted and old one taken away. Since then my washer has broken and still had the same exceptional service, won’t be going anywhere else again. Thank you.”
“Lovely little theatre with a circular seating plan so sometimes the action isn’t always in front of you. Building is well maintained and everything just works well. Small car park, but the Polite Vicar is next door with another car park their. Well worth a visit.”
“What a fab place, lovely visit on Sunday 1st day of the season & what a lovely welcome, the guide was excellent & very informative. The house is beautifully kept & well worth a visit, we also had a lovely lunch each had a pannini & a homemade scone delicious, then did the recommend walk around the grounds just over a mile so nice & easy.”
“I have recently moved to the area from London and was convinced I would miss the London theatre scene. How wrong can you be? I have now enjoyed 4 productions/events at my very local Daneside theatre. I am told that the productions are amateur but i can’t believe they are as the acting has been spellbinding. “Little Shop of Horrors” was witty, had incredible scenery and props, and was the sweetest production I’ve seen ( I’ve seen it twice in the West end) “One man two guvnors” had me in laughing my socks off with the most incredible actors and then, I paid only £6 for a cinema ticket (the theatre is sometimes a cinema too) There was also a Pink Floyd tribute band with an amazing light show and phenomenal guitarist and also a fun filled Meatloaf musical. I didn’t want to write this because if the word gets out about how good this place is I may not get tickets to future shows ( everything I have attended has been a sellout) but I’m really writing this for the wonderful actors who have given me so much joy over the past few months. Thankyou.”
“Really cool space. Massively enjoyed going to see the Ian Mood exhibition there yesterday. Love that Stoke has places like this thanks to cool people ❤️”
“Lovely little theatre - reminder of a world that no longer exists. Very basic and old school, but cosy and with comfortable seating. We attended a performance of the Wizard of Oz and were delighted. Even on the back row, we had a good view. Refreshments were very reasonably priced and staff were friendly. A magical experience.”
“I love this theatre, everyone is friendly and all of the performances have been brilliant.”
“Arrived here on a cold & rainy Saturday morning for breakfast, it was warm and welcoming staff were polite and friendly. We were told to sit where we liked which is always a bonus and they were quick to take our order. A Latte and fruit juice arrived very quickly and then Maple syrup Pancakes and bacon twice, was lovely food great portion sizes and more than reasonable price, would definitely recommend!”
“This is a well laid out venue with entrances at the front and back, toilets and bars on both floors with entrances to the auditoria and a very good range of performances including small and large plays, contemporary and classical music and comedy.”
“Fun production of Cinderella for the family at an affordable price.”
“I hadn't been to The Gatehouse since I was a child and had absolutely no memories of what it was like inside. It's fantastic!!!! It's only a small theatre, but it's lovely and open. The bar areas are really nice too. The Staff are brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and they all just really friendly and helpful. I need to start booking more tickets!!!”
“What a fabulous place to stay. An old stone town house opposite large park with free parking. The house with many of the original features. The guest house is a stones throw from all in the centre of Buxton. Clean rooms with comfy beds and all the facilities even a fridge. The host is very friendly and knowledgeable about Buxton. Breakfast was very good and very hot. Good fresh coffee. If we go back to Buxton we know where we will be staying”
“I love this cinema watched some great films here it's great to support independent love the cafe attached”
“Watched live stream of the ballet Romeo and Juliet from Royal Ballet and Opera House. Fabulous! A great venue staffed by very helpful friendly volunteers . There is a bar and ice creams were sold at the first of three intervals. Our tickets cost a very reasonable £16.50. Have seen other ballets at this venue. I strongly recommend.”
“This is a tremendous venue in the middle of Cheshire farmland. It may sound quaint but the set up is very professional. You are able to simply book your seats for performances or you can hire tables in the restaurant for your own indoor picnic. We saw James Pearson and friends at a Jazz evening, and he is the resident at Ronnie Scott's in London. So that can't be bad. The place is celebrating its 50th anniversary and so it's longevity speaks volumes for its popularity and viability.”
“Wonderful place amazing talented people a diamond hidden in a small village, I have spent an amazing afternoon watching the talented people of Audley perform Robin Hood my grand children were so wrapped up with the magic they hardly spoke a word now we can’t shut them up fantastic and a very special word has to go out to Layla Norcup she is definitely a star in the making. Robbin hood was played by a very charismatic young man and a full cast of wonderful supporters.”
“Fantastic dance school. My little girl has been going there for 4 years now and has made some amazing friends. The teachers that she's had so far have been so encouraging and they genuinely care about their students. This school gets 5 stars from me. :)”
“I have visited The Regent many times over the last 20 years but today was my first visit since needing to use a wheelchair. I was apprehensive about what to expect. I booked my tickets using the access phoneline; they were extremely helpful in setting up my access account. I read the online access information for the venue; the guide was very thorough. The pavements around are smooth, the staff were fantastic, help with the platform lift was seemless and made me feel like I was not a burden or inconvenience, the use of the lift to get to the circle was fine (although signs in the lift itself would be helpful as the signs are all at usual head height and the venue was busy so people blocked my sightlines), the access seating was great. Exit was super smooth too- again security staff made me feel safe and were great. What a fantastic way to treat people. Many thanks!”
“A really cool place. Totally unexpected!”
“Great cinema, very helpful and friendly staff. Nice and clean. Very comfy reclining seats. Highly recommend”
“First time visit inspired by my mate Glenn being in the cast on. Thoroughly enjoyed it, made me realise in the best way, why I used to be a regular theatre igoer until life started getting in the way in the late 80s. Cosy and relaxed but professional environment and atmosphere. Check out the 24/25 program I doubt you'll regret it.”
