βGreat actors and very funny presentation of Pride and Prejudice. Mr Collins was sooo slimy! Minimal set and actors took on multiple tolls. Worked really well.β
βGreat customer service. The manager was very helpful and gave me a refund when I ordered the wrong item by mistake. Friendly and professional :)β
βDespite being up in the Gods we had an excellent view and could hear everything clearly. Seats were comfortable and not as cramped as many places. Refreshments could be ordered online and delivered to your seat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Altogether a pleasant experience.β
βThis cinema offers a truly fantastic experience, featuring very comfortable seating and consistently friendly and helpful staff. They also provide an excellent selection of snacks. While it may be slightly more expensive than other cinemas in the vicinity, the quality of the experience certainly justifies the price.β
βA night out to see 7 Drunken Nights. Quick and easy entry with very helpful staff to point you in the right direction for your seat. Famous old building , plenty of leg room once you are seated. A great show telling the story of how The Dubliners were first formed and some of the great songs they sang. Great singers and musicians, the atmosphere was great.β

βGreat service, reasonable price, great location. Easy to get to. No problems with parking. Different types of screenings to choose from. Snacks and drinks available. A little pricey but they have to get their money from somewhere as streaming as hit cinemas.β
βWelcoming, helpful and friendly I popped up to book some wicked tickets and get some cups in preparation. The 2 ladies who helped me was so upbeat, helpful and friendly, they had a nice warmth about them, like nothing was to much trouble. She explained the different showings, time and seating, as I thought one row had a gab between, but it hasn't. Sorted my cups and I sorted my tickets yesterday. When I walked up was greeted by a gent who also helped the 2 ladies on a question i had, again friendly and nothing was to much trouble, they made it easy. A huge thank youβ
βMy daughter started at PQA Hull in October she absolutely loves it. The staff are lovely and have helped her come out of her shell and overcome her fears she really is enjoying the experience! Highly recommend.β
βWe really enjoyed HUO's recent production. It was quirky, unusual and refreshing, and very well performed by a large and talented cast. We will definitely be going again.β

βWonderful night. Excellent front of house staff who are all volunteers. The premier of The Gypsy's Bane was brilliantly bought to life by both the actors and production teamβ
βI was lucky enough to attend the opening night of Docks Academy yesterday and wow, impressive, is an understatement! The venue is incredibly intimate and regardless of where you are sat or stood, you will feel as if you are on stage .., and the acoustics from the arched ceiling just enhance your experience even more! Docks Academy is brought to you courtesy of Docks Beer and situated above the brewery and tap room in King Edward St, Grimsby. Situated on the first floor in a deconsecrated church, this impressive venue seats 180 and has a standing capacity of 300. This live performance venue will appeal to all, offering everything including music, comedy, arts, theatre and of course, all to be enjoyed, whilst sampling one of the many fine in house beers brewed downstairs. This is a venue that is going places and I can't stress enough, that you really should attend one of their up and coming nights. Putting Grimsby on the map, with a lot of hard graft and overtime .., the Docks Academy will only grow in status .., and I can't wait to go again!β
βAmazing venue that felt very intimate. We chose the tiered seating. From our view, you could see that the standing area was very narrow and main entry was from the left side as you look towards the stage. If you can definitely enter standing from the right side. The bars had literally no cues. Obviously food and drink pricing was quite high but thatβs expected for any type of concert. Would love to visit again but not sure if it would be any good in the rain so that might put us off.β
βBrilliant museum! One of the best I've been too. Didn't think I'd be bothered with carriages upstairs but it was really well done.β
βThis might be my new favourite place. Beautiful small cinema with a good screen and excellent sound. Also a reminder that pick'n'mix can actually be good.β
βI adore coming to this theatre; such a wonderful atmosphere, and the productions have always been top notch. Very pleased to be able to support She Productions at ERT in particular, as well as their new relationship with Forbidden Theatre! Marvellous venue, thank youβ
βThis was my first visit to Pocklington Arts Centre and I have to say it's a fantastic venue. We went to see a band there and it was definitely a brilliant gig space. Roomy seating, nice bar area, good facilities. And a nice real-ale bar across the road.β
βWe watched a fantastic family show performed by children of all ages with the support of the brilliant staff team. I particularly enjoyed the twist on the 3 little pigs story, if you want to know what it was, you'll have to get tickets!β
βFantastic night out went to see Legend - Bob Marley, what a night singing, dancing, photos and videos allowed BONUS, staff always polite, can't do enough to help, will go above and beyond if your disabled so don't miss out, you don't need too, only gripe at this time of year is parking, as lots of holiday makers still in car park at night time, so allow extra parking time, you are allowed to take drinks through with you, also there are sweets and crisp and half time ice cream, all in all a great night out.β
βWe had our wedding at Social yesterday and are really over the moon with everything. The staff were lovely, super helpful and went above and beyond to make our day something really special! I canβt recommend this place enough as a wedding venue. Thank you for everything guys!β
βReally enjoyed the experience. Very clean and well presented. The silver screen club a great idea.β
βWent to see the Queen tribute act- was amazing- had a great laugh- Toilets clean and friendly bar staffβ
βWe stayed in the hotel whilst visiting a family member who was in hospital. The room was very clean and cosey and the staff were exceptional! They were always friendly and went out of their way to help us and solve any problems we had, including posting our spare car keys to us after we left them behind. The hotel is close to the town centre without being too close and parking is no problem.β
