   Catherine listened to our requirements and found us several options, including our chosen destination of Sunny Beach in Bulgaria, somewhere we'd never considered. She handled all the booking and made everything so easy. The hotel we stayed in was lovely and it was great to know she was only a phone call away if we had any issues and wouldn't have to waste any of our precious time away. Fortunately no call was required as everything went smoothly.

   We had an absolutely fantastic holiday to Canada, all arranged & booked by Catherine, she is very knowledgeable & was able to guide us through our choices. We stayed in some fabulous hotels & places, enjoyed many excursions, we loved Banff & had an amazing time on the Rocky mountaineer train, Gold leaf service was a great experience & well worth the extra cost. Seeing the bears was the icing on the cake. We took a sea plane from Vancouver to Vancouver Island, such a beautiful place. We visited Niagra falls, ate dinner up the CN tower, the Icefields in Jasper were well worth a visit & Lakes Louise & Morane are breath taking.    Brilliant customer service from start to finish. Catherine took all the hard work and hassle away and found us a fantastic holiday. We will definitely use Catherine again in the future. This is not the first trip she has planned for us. She organised golf for my brother, liaised with the hotel directly in light of dialysis for my partner, worked out distances to travel for dialysis, printed everything, sorted the app and most importantly ensured we had Brilliant Bear with us to continue his adventures. Nothing you ask is too much. Change of hotel? No problem. Change the date? No problem. Catherine you make holiday planning easy so all we have to do is enjoy it. Thank you.

   Catherine recently arranged car hire for our trip to the USA, and the process was painless, saving me the stress of booking it myself. The vehicle was in good condition and exactly what we needed. The only downside was the experience at the Budget counter, where we were 'encouraged' to pre-pay for tolls and roadside recovery, which was a bit irksome. Something to remember for next time. Overall, I would recommend Catherine's services to anyone who finds booking travel overwhelming and likes to have the assurance of having someone available to contact throughout the whole process.

   Absolutely brilliant service from Catherine which helped to make a fantastic family holiday and certainly made it as easy and seamless as it could be. We gave Catherine an outline of our destination and timings and Catherine put together a fantastic package which delivered exactly what we were after. Catherine really listened so the flights, transfers, hotels and locations all perfectly matched what we were looking for. The hotel locations were superb which helped us make the most of our time in each location without having to waste much time with transfers or get from location to location. The fact that all the boarding passes and train tickets were printed for us added to the ease of the holiday. We will certainly look to use Catherine’s services again with Brilliant Travel and I’d certainly recommend them.

   Catherine was great at making the itinerary work for me, taking great trouble over hotel selection in particular. Online travel agents may be fine as long as everything goes well, but stuff can happen when you travel, and it was great to have the reassurance that someone was on the end of a phone to sort out potential problems - particuarly important travelling on my own in my 70s. Everything worked perfectly - thank you for organising a memorable trip.
