   Yeh the pharmacy is not the pace to go! When to ask about advice on how to/what was the best dressing for me foot and was told sit down and I’ll look at the gash in your foot from afar,then told me go to gp,all I wanted was so advice first aid wise etc Next time I came here was referred from 111 ,,didn’t even look at the referral,pharmsits didn’t want to know! Very stubborn woman would not hear me out or even do an assessment on my symptoms! The woman just when round and round like a broken record not hearing or even caring basically if you’ve already been seen by the pharmacy ‘pharmacy first’ and you go back the the 2nd time they don’t want to know ,just don’t bother

   Went in to see the pharmacy for my daughters ear infection, refused to see her because they are busy but rung every other pharmacist around to see if they could see her but by the time she done that & argued with me about it the consultation would of been done & we would been out of there

   Visit to use the pharmacy for advice on an eye condition. They made me wait why they had a long conversation with their backs to me. When I did see someone they would not offer advice. I went to Tesco and received all the advice I Needed and a solution to my problem. I won’t be going back

   Staff are great and attentive when you finally get served. Another staff member is needed to serve customers at the pharmacy counter. Having to wait (sometimes more then half an hour) to be served is ridiculous.

   Good town centre Boots - clean, bright and well laid-out, with good stock, and all the usual pharmacy, photo-printing and other services you'd expect. Short-staffed, though. Since the pandemic they don't seem to have been able to get staffing levels sorted out. But it's still a good place to shop when in town!

   I got into Dereham early this morning, I needed some medical advice and chose to go to Boots. The opening time in the window showed 8.30 am. I got there a few minutes early to avoid a potential que. At 8.30 I observed numerous staff walking around on the shop floor however none of the staff actually opened the door, even though there were over 4 people waiting to come in. A few of the staff walked past to the staff room door and just ignored everyone waiting patiently outside. One member eventually opened the door nearly 15 minutes late, not one member of staff apologised to any of the customers waiting outside and didn't seem at all bothered about making people late. Not impressed by the service today.

   PHARMACY : Always get what I need when I need it, they reorder for me etc so all I have to do is pick it up... They also suggested prepayment as it would save me a lot of money and it has been the best thing ever... No complaints, even when short staffed they do they're best... Well done! SHOP : when trying to find vitamins, shampoo/conditioner, hair dye, face/body cream/moisturiser they pointed out the way to the aisle that contained a product I needed and some advice too, a lot of the time they would take me to the aisle and show me exactly where is it, advice, price, affects etc etc. Can not complain, love it
