   My daughter had a bad throat/tonsilitis. Did the online consultation via GP and was directed to Bromham Pharmacy. Went with my daughter, explained the situation, the pharmacist saw us within 5 minutes. He explained the options for treatment and listened to my preferences. He was able to administer antibiotics and we were all done with 15 minutes. Super helpful and efficient! Also saved us a lot of time travelling to a drs surgery and waiting, freeing up an appointment for someone else. Would definitely recommend this Pharmacy. A great asset to the village.

   Had an emergency prescription from 111 which said this was the pharmacy to collect from. They didn’t even want to entertain it and everything was an issue when I rang to check if what I needed was available. Asked me to ring my GP but I’m awaiting an appointment to set up my digital prescription ordering so I need the emergency order. They just didn’t want to fill it for me so I won’t even be using this establishment for anything moving forward. Rude and unhelpful gentlemen on the phone and who ever was shouting in the background.
