   Really poor service - I bought some shower gel from their Amazon store, but realised it was the wrong type when it arrived, so I sent it back, using the correct Amazon approved procedure. That was nearly a month ago and I STILL haven't received a refund. I have now reported the company to Amazon.

   Poor customer contact. No replies to queries on 2 occasions. Was sent a product which varied slightly from the one I ordered. 24 hour courier stated on order details completely non existent. Item arrived with the usual postman. No investment in customer care. Not from my experience anyway.
