   Based on the response I received. Which to be honest isn’t really necessary as this is all based on personal experience. So just for the owner to understand… I have been in multiple times since Feb to get my prescription and each time, I have been made to feel like absolute garbage and have left multiple times crying A review is based on a persons opinion and experience, which I have every right too. Yes, I have been in, several times and no longer wish to go in because of how I had been made to feel. I never said anything about the time just gone. It’s just coincidence, so really reflects on you that you respond this way than express we’re sorry for your experience hopefully in the future things will be better for you. I have my facts and have had this experience. My personal experience is they have been rude and dismissive to me specifically. Say as you wish. As per usual (since Feb) they never seem to have my repeat medicine. To which their response is we haven’t had any order from you since Feb. which I have definitely ordered. Since I’ve had it March April May, all the way up till August. And now I’ve had to get it from different pharmacies The staff are rude and dismissive (when really they should be understanding and helpful.) As a person I would try and resolve issues by going above and beyond. It’s I highly do not recommend this place at all

Very few villages are fortunate enough to have such a well-organized, beautiful pharmacy that is truly dedicated to serving everyone. It has been a pleasure to have such a welcoming and efficient establishment in our village. Thank you very much for all the care, professionalism, and attention you have always shown.

   Fantastic service from the gentleman I assume runs this pharmacy. Thank you for caring and doing what is right for an innocent 1 year old! My partner and I are extremely grateful! I am sorry you have to pick up the pieces from the disgraceful, unorganised practice opposite.

   Friendly, helpful staff. Good range of products. Only thing that let's it down is the amount of available parking. (Parking is behind the pharmacy, shared with the vets- the other car park is for the doctors surgery and will incur a fine).

   Wow! Had to go here as as a one off as meds not available in Bedford.Super efficient with just a five minute wait.Larger than your usual chemist with lots of products to choose from and nice seats available.Appeared to be very clean.A most enjoyable experience.Thank you.

   Unbelievably rude people! At our time of need, at a time where antibiotics are scarce, they refuse to help and are just bloody minded. But then decide they don't want to talk to me because I used the words "bloody minded" as that's swearing apparently. It's abusive to point out the truth without swearing but it's OK to not help a child? I would strongly advise against going here! If you do, don't expect to speak to anyone with an ounce of humanity within them. And to the owner, I sincerely hope you are never in this position. And if you are, then I hope karma doesn't bite you.

   - Rude owner - Doesn’t give out emergency prescriptions, even for essential medication like venlafaxine which carries severe withdrawal effects. Was told by NHS they should, and it was a flat no from the owner. Not even entertaining it. No care. - Closed for lunch 1-2 : this doesn’t work when people also have lunch breaks and need the pharmacy I miss the old pharmacist and assistant, can we have them back? Update 14 nov 22: went in for flu jab at the weekend, needle stabbed rudely into the middle of a (new) tattoo on my upper arm. It bled as expected, but she just pulled my shirt down - no swab or cotton wool, and I’m high infection risk because chemo, which I had actually made her aware of before she vaccinated me. I’m now voting with my feet; I’ll no longer suffer this pharmacy. These reviews ARE relevant and from real people in the community.

   Booked an appointment, rearranged my day, and rushed to get here to find it closed and boarded up inside opening hours. No contact at all to tell me my appointment was cancelled. Total rudeness and disrespect for my time. Disgusting attitude.
