   1. Absolutely NO ONE has answered telephone in last 5 years. 2. I’ve been short changed my medication! No one to speak to, no one available? 3. No online redress, no one responsible for short changing medication? Legitimised harm? I’m sitting here with a note saying my heart medication is ‘owed’ My pain medication incorrectly labelled? What do I do? Phone is not EVER answered. Who does one go to?

   111 reffered my daughter for face to face assessment. Not wait long before our call. To be honest I didn't expect so great service from this pharmacy. My previous experience wasn't good. The person who assessed her was very kind, gave us a lots of time to discuss & explained very clearly what will be the treatment. I am really pleased with their service.    After not having a good day and being let down by another Pharmacy which I had used many times before. I decided to go here and am so glad and happy I did the service i received was excellent from the start this really made my bad day great I have since been back again and to be greeted the same I have found out this lady's name is Rachel and I would like if she could be recognized for her brilliant customer service with a smile definitely an asset to your company thank you :)

   Many my meds up didn’t update if my medication was ready to collect at all had to call my GP and found out they had it from the 18th/03 . Tried to call the pharmacy to see if it’s ready for collect after 47 through on Saturday someone finally picked up . What a shame . Left me out without my inhaler for the morning and no one was bothered to pick up the phone.

   Very poor service nowadays, used to be very good. Always out of medicines, and no offer to fast track them for you. Never have prescriptions ready to pick up, even if they were ordered more than a week ago. Always have nearly an hour to wait for a prescription to be made up. Have now changed my pharmacy of choice, which is a shame, as Ellis Chemists was first class, and never let us down.

   Very helpful and friendly staff. Queues have reduced greatly in the past few months. Only waiting 10mins now. A few months ago. I was waiting upto an hour. So, it's a vast improvement.

   Very slow service and don’t have items in stock also was given less than half the medications which were prescribed and when mentioned she told me I had already taken them which obviously I hadn’t then waited another 45mins for the lady to say oh yea you didn’t take them! Avoid
