This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Repeat prescriptions are invariably incomplete when you go to collect them, even when ordered on time and the staff show no concern when this happens, just shrugging their shoulders. Another annoying thing is that they never answer the phone even when there are plenty of staff in the pharmacy.

Dreadfully slow service. A repeat prescription issued on 19th June, it’s now 15th July and it’s still not ready? Lady couldn’t tell me when it will be ready. No apology or any care. I’ll be handing in another prescription soon. So I’ll probably have to use 111 service to get the item. ( use 111 if any delays in prescription, for some reason they issue prescription at a place of your convenience with a couple of hours, yet down here it takes forever)

No matter how early i put in for my medication i always end up missing days at a time. This is psychotropic medication and the withdrawal is extremely distressing. Do not trust them if you cannot go without. I have tried many times here and this is a consistently reoccurring problem.

This chemist is atrocious, bad customer service, they don’t care how long you wait, they are not polite and my drugs are NEVER ready even though I give at least 4 days notice. I told who served me today about how upset I was and she wasn’t even bothered. No apology just shrugged her shoulders . I feel very sorry for the residents that have to put up with this especially the elderly, I will not be coming back as going back to finedon chemist in which the staff are friendly the service is fantastic and you feel like a human being… this chemist in my opinion needs a total new lot of staff that can cope with their orders and decent service from people that care. If I hadn’t of sat down I would of stood for a good 20 minutes again. Good riddance.

Don't know what's gone so wrong down here, whole attitude of staff has completely changed, prescription can be almost ready & still you wait for 45 mins or more, the text message service doesn't always work, don't know what to say. Not much better than the doctors at times.

This has been my pharmacy for 7 years and never in my life have I been as frustrated with it as I have been recently. Prescriptions are NEVER on time - ever. You'll be on your last tablet and ask for a weeks notice for when you need a supply, yet they still aren't ready. They will stand in the back for ages after you've told them what you need and will just titivate about. As I write this, I've been stood at the counter waiting for some simple antibiotics for nearly 15 minutes, for another member of staff to ask if I'm being 'see'd too'. I can't see anybody actually getting my medication, just staff messing about.

This pharmacy has recently started to fail it's Customers. This failure is catastrophic and even life threatening on occasion. There failure to get the right medication in on time and total lack of communication is a travesty. Even when you visit and ask for the one prescription the Dr just sent they completely ignore your request and then make you wait nearly an hour for the repeat prescription also on order. As someone whose sheilding this made a mockery of my efforts to protect myself. Now they are struggling to complete repeat prescriptions, 3 days ago my prescription should of been ready. Its Saturday morning and I've called ten time for the first six times for the phone to be cut off and the last four the phone has been disconnected. The pharmacy has very real and serious issues and who ever is managing it is simply failing. Not enough staff and it always appears from one month to the next a new Pharmacist is temping are adding to Irchesters misery. WELL pharmacy Sort yourselves out!
