“Wow what a difference today's appointment was to a previous one. I saw 4 lovely, friendly, polite ladies today for an eye test and contact lens check and I also bought new glasses. All were incredibly helpful and demonstrated a good level of empathy after hearing about my previous appointment and awful service.
