   The appearance of the Pharmacy itself is a vast improvement, it now looks like professional Pharmacy not a charity store that it once looked. The staff themselves are the same with the exception of the Pharmacist who herself was extremely helpful very knowledgeable and a joy to speak to. She leads the staff who now seem more confident and professional. All in all I thoroughly recommend this Pharmacy to all in the community.

   Took my daughter for a consultation under the Pharmacy First Scheme. The pharmacist was friendly, professional and efficient, immediately putting my daughter at ease. Following a consultation, they were able to offer antibiotics to treat her condition. The team were able to dispense these in a few moments and within 25 minutes of arriving, we had been given a consultation and subsequent medication and were back in the car. Thank you for excellent service in a welcoming environment!

   Always get told they are on lunch and to call back after 2, today it’s 11:50 and they have advised the same thing. Who takes a 2 hour lunch? Despite that, you can’t get a word in edgeways before being cut off. Really rude.

   Terrible pharmacy, they are so rude. On their hours it doesn’t say they close for lunch but they do anyway at random times. They put a stupid sign saying back in 20 min. No one knows when the 20 min started because they are so vague. 6 people all came to the pharmacy and said the same thing: their note is unhelpful. If they close for lunch (which they can) put it in your trading hours like every other organisation so people know. I drove 20 min to come here because it said it was open. The lady on the phone was so rude- I couldn’t believe it. Why does no one hold them accountable.

   Rude and unhelpful! My mum went to get eye drops for me but picked up the wrong ones by mistake. They did not want to change them even though they had not been used! We will never use this pharmacy again.

   Zero stars if i could. Price Gouging customers on basic over the counter medications that GP's no longer do prescriptions on. Disgusting behaviour putting profit over service and making the cost of living crisis even worse. Awful
