Keep making weird comments about my private testosterone prescription. It's really none of their business but I can't get it without feeling like I'm being questioned over something I'm paying them for. They need to keep their opinions to themselves.

Ruined my holiday. Ordered new contacts over a week before going away. It said they needed to check my prescription, a week later it says my order has been cancelled (but doesn't say why), when I try to ring the store, they just keep saying the line is awful when it's crystal clear and refuse to help me. Should have gone to specsavers
Pharmacy was unable to give necessary medication as the pharmacist is apparently "not trained enough." This was very disappointed after waiting in a long queue with only one till open, unfortunately I would not recommend
This is a medium sized Boots that carries a reasonable range of stock. It does feel like it needs a re-fresh, but probably won't get it as the town centre around it is almost completely closed. Good if you're in town already, but Bedford as a shopping destination is very poor.
Finding an open till, the only tills open, were on the entrance and exit to the street. However we were going into the mall and had to back track on ourselves, other than helping with my steps, it was okay. Lots of Christmas half price bargains to have.
This review is for the pharmacy inside boots. This pharmacy provides one of the slowest services of any company I have ever experienced. Always long ques, always only one member of staff serving. Baring in mind many of the customers are often old and fragile, making them stand for long periods is not acceptable. Why Boots, why? Don't collect your prescriptions here.
I don't come in to Bedford that often, now that all the department stores have gone but after going to the optician, I walked down to Boots. Though I had to queue for a while until someone was free on the pharmacy counter, the member of staff was really pleasant and helpful. In the end she saved me some money by offering a cheaper Boots brand version of what I was looking for. In Boots it always feels like a bit of a mission to find things... In this older branch particularly but we got there and I left satisfied that I'd got what I wanted and cheaper than I was expecting.
