   Very nice staff, but the place is very small. I saw two different people ask for something you would expect them to have that they either didn’t sell or wasn’t in stock. It was a bit chaotic to be fair as there were Covid and flu jabs going on.

   I have been to this pharmacy twice now. The first experience was ok, but after coming home i realised that the item i collected via prescription was actually available to buy over the counter. Often items are cheaper to buy over the counter and prescription charges are dearer, so when i went in today to collect the second part of my prescription because they didnt have it in stock when i made my first visit, i just casually asked if the item was available to buy over the counter. They were incredibly rude. I simply asked a straight forward question. There was an Indian lady who kept saying its not available over the counter and the first item I got was available over the counter, so I asked why did the doctor give me a prescription if its available over the counter. That's cheeky The item on the shelf was at least 80p cheaper, than getting it on prescription (might not seem like a lot but 80p is 80p, but she said its the wrong price and it's now over £12 so the prescription was cheaper. Why do they products on the shelf with incorrect prices. Anyway bottom line is they are quite rude here, so I will not be using them again.

   Extremely uncomfortable experience, I went down before lunch time for a change so I've never seen the women who was working the counter before, she was lovely until she asked me if I pay for my prescriptions which I don't for medical reasons, after I told her no I don't pay for them her attitude completely changed and she became quiet rude and completely monotone/cold. It felt like I'd really offended her and I really felt like I was being judged. It's inappropriate. I give up with this chemist now, they never answer the phones, the staff who work the chemist in the afternoon are so incredibly slow and now the staff who work the morning shift are rude. I think I will be going over to the chemist near Asda at Oakridge park from now on.

   What a Great Service! Just started using them and the service is great from a friendly team. Ahmed the Pharmacist was so helpful explaining about the medication I was using. So glad I swapped from Boots NP who were Rubbish.
