Terribly lethargic. My wife went for her flu jab, it was booked for 5.20pm but they made her wait over half an hour. Unacceptable.
Quite efficient, but they probably need more staff because the wait can be quite long at times.
Very good service they now have improved so much in the past few months, it's now a great pleasure to go in there. The management goes above and beyond
Unfortunately they are under resourced on people and 9 days behind on prescriptions. I waited 20 minutes for my flu jab and with no sign of having it soon left and rebooked with Boots.
Couldn't be slower if they tried. I waited 45 mins to pick up a prescription, only about 5 customers in queue but another 5 waiting. 2 young children with different families but only 1 given a sticker for waiting so nicely???
Nice and clean.. would be nice if some staff would just engage with a simple hello, smile or just a second..

This pharmacy is a real joke. They don't deserve any star at all. Staff looks confused and unsure sometimes like they are a bunch of apprentice. They even gave me an expired medication once! I have cancelled my auto prescription there. They are lucky I am not suing them. Very useless pharmacy and should be shut down. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost. Absolutely ridiculous service!
The last two times I have used this pharmacy (the second time today) the wait time is ridiculous. The queue today was nearly out the door so I went elsewhere. Not an efficient or pleasant experience.
