99% of 100% the waiting time is more than an hour. Long queue all the the, Nearly, I need to book a week holiday to get my medicines. The stuff is slow as a snail, nobody look after the customers for 10-15 minutes, just hiding in the back with the chemists. Even, when 2 people in the queue, need to wait 20 min to get anything. Horrible rubbish service, but the local GP send all prescriptions to there. No any service development since 5 years.

I literally canβt fault the team here at Jardines. They go up and beyond for you. Debs is an asset to the team. I depend on weekly medication and Iβm always greeted with a welcoming smile, they check in with me it really is genuine care and thatβs hard to find now-a-days. Thank you for continuing to look after me

Absolutely shocking service waiting 45 minutes for a owed prescription from the 17th April that they apparently did not have What a lie as usual To actually see the staff JODIE and the skinny lady running across to each other giggling and laughing about it is appalling this is someoneβs medication and they have been with holding it from the lady I myself deal with medication everyday myself and this is completely unacceptable behaviour This seems to be a daily occurrence with in this chemist . Further more with it being a chemist and having drugs on the property controlled drugs as well your not allowed to have family members talking to you threw the back door You could be passing drugs out to them and considering the family member had her head threw the back door as well is a joke then to use the chemist as a bike parking spot inside the back off the chemist may I add where the drugs are for her own mother This is a chemist not a bike parking lot for your family No wonder service is so slow when all the do is gossip between each other and family members and keep giving people the wrong medication A complaint will be going into head office Picture off said mothers bike being stored with in the chemist About time people started to be disciplined rude arrogant with holding peoples medication Telling people to go elsewhere is this really how we run a business!! Slagging customers off to each other is absolutely disgraceful

Rating: β β βββ Review for Jardines Pharmacy, Neath Hill One word: slow. I completely understand that things can get backed up during busy periods, but this was on another level. The queue was constantly massive, and I ended up waiting 35β45 minutes for a simple two-item prescription. The pharmacist was processing multiple scripts at once (3β4 at a time) and only bringing them down in batches instead of handing them off individually as they were ready. This led to large groups of people waiting, then a sudden burst of scripts being released, followed by more waiting. It felt very inefficient and frustrating. What really put me off, though, was the way staff spoke to another customer who calmly asked why their pre-ordered prescription (placed days before) wasnβt ready. The response was unnecessarily rude: βThatβs just how a pharmacy works. Itβs too complicated to explain.β That kind of attitude isnβt acceptableβespecially in a customer-facing role. The one positive was the polite young girl at the counter. She stayed friendly, upbeat, and was clearly doing her best under pressure. Overall, this place could really benefit from some efficiency improvements and customer service training. I wonβt be returning.

Avoid at all costs if you can, incredibly understaffed and they always have been so there's clearly no effort from the company to make it any better. Be prepared to wait for 20 minutes in a queue and another 20 minutes to get your prescription. Very slow, doesn't seem to be much of a system. To be fair the staff deserve praise as it must be stressful for them as it's nonstop and they likely have to deal with very frustrated customers everyday!

Friendly staff, usually quite busy and you have to wait a while which I don't mind I appreciate they're are busy and probably understaffed. One thing I would like to see though is a way of being told if your prescription is ready. I have to fit collecting prescriptions around shift work and I've had it a few times where I've waited 5 days, gone in and they've said they have supply issues. It would be nice to know this without attending and waiting to be told it's not ready.

They have been so short staffed during Covid but are doing their best. I find them always polite and helpful despite some customers complaining. It's not their fault and people should not be so horrible .

Staff was rude made me feel very uncomfortable- explained why and what I needed, had me call out my name 4 or 5 times and going over what I wanted. By the end everyone in the store knew my full name and address and my condition and why I was there. And because I complained every time I went in afterwards made me like there was something wrong with me and talked to me like a child they were so patronising. I know have my meds delivered and will stay away as much as I can. And please who ever responds from the Pharmacy please don't, you guys know very well you guys need more training but I bet you will have something to say because you canβt help yourself.
