   Absolutely awful establishment. Will purposely ignore you. Ridiculous queues. Wouldn't even know they have a landlines as to my knowledge have NEVER answered the phone. Uncaring rude. Bring back Kevin

   Beyond uslesss. Throughly deserving of zero stars. Utterly inept of processing prescriptions and dealing with customers. More interested in eating fast food in the back room and swearing when they think there are no customers waiting to be served. I can only think that those who have left a 5 star review of this place have been paid to do so.

   Went in to get a medication while travelling through Bedford and my experience was absolutely amazing. The staff were very empathetic and friendly, especially one of the girls called Linda, she made my toddler laugh whilst I spoke to the pharmacist. It felt like home ❤️

   Don't bother with this place. Most of the staff are fine but the branch manager was very rude, and when I checked this with acquaintances who had also attended they said the same. I tried to phone 3 times in advance of collecting a prescription, none of which were answered, and when I arrived to collect the manager stated 'we just leave the phone off the hook sometimes' (??). They also had not filled the prescription or even bothered to contact me about it. Use Barton instead.
