   Poor management..the pharmacist makes you feel like you disturbed her by asking a question to her. She makes me think either she doesnt like her job or people or both..the staff isnt friendly either, grumpy faces whenever i went there. Now i gc to the other one next to the gp which the pharmacist is really nice and helpful and staff is frienly..

   2 of 5 employes not friendly and unprofessional. I've heard pharmacist talking about previous customers (in a bad manner) in front of customers in the pharmacy. They also sell me wrong over counter medications twice (both checked with pharmacist). First for my pregnant wife, second for the baby. So please be careful and mindful when buying anything from them. I'll definitely choose cotton's pharmacy next time as they never let me down and they are so friendly there.

   The staff are friendly and helpful but on many occasions I have gone to collect medication after waiting a week, and they tell me they haven't been able to order it in. They tell you to give them a week to prepare your script and they still don't have it, and by then you've run out of meds. You should be informed in good time if they can't get your meds so you can go find somewhere that has, before you actually run out! And for me, who cares for a parent, it is massively inconvenient to have to be driving around pharmacies to get medication we depend on.

   Constantly don't open and even they do Rarely do they have prescriptions ready .Usually tell you that can't get them from supplier a lame excuse Blame Dr's for not sending them down

   They have had a very difficult time with Covid and the appalling new Lloyd's computer system. In the face of abuse by customers for things that are beyond their control they have done their best to remain friendly and professional.

   There's pretty much always a long wait as the staff faff around doing other things. It's not their fault, just typical pharmacy "management ".

   Waited for 20 mins for them to tell me I had to wait another 45 mins and they have no prescriptions ready. They need to sort themselves out. Totally unprofessional
