    The pharmacist is really nice and helpful..and the staff is friendly..but you need to wait for a bit as its mostly crowded..probably because of the reasons i mentioned above people prefer this pharmacy instead of the other one in town centre.

    The thing I don't like about this pharmacy is you hang about like you are invisible; they don't even say be with you in a minute or anything to make feel like they have actually seen you! I find this very rude.

    Service at this branch is terrible. Ordered a repeat prescription over a week ago. My husband arrived at ll.50 this morning. Had to wait outside as door was locked! 2 people came out and a very unhelpful assistant appeared and told the waiting queue to go away and come back at 2pm. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

    Shockingly bad service. Ordered a repeat prescription a week ago, after waiting in line and queuing out the door I was told they don't have any and they gave back the prescription telling to go elsewhere. They didn't offer to order it. No apology just handed back the repeat prescription. Some in front of me didn't get the text to say his was ready and they sent it back as it was over 28 days. While I was queuing the said everyone will need to leave the shop in 10 minutes as the pharmacist is going down the road for 1/4 hour. People were complaining as were already told to come back at this time.

    This Lloyd’s branch has worked so hard to improve its customer service with a visible and much shorter waiting time in the pharmacy itself. I often used to wait up to an hour to get my prescription but in recent months it is usually ready immediately. Well done to the staff for your hard work in creating this massive improvement,

    My feedback for Raunds, Meadow lane Pharmacy is as follows: Out of the 15 + years I have been using this pharmacy for collection of my medication, at most out of the 13 collections per year my prescriptions are actually ready for me to collect is 2. I know this does not sound to bad but I have my prescriptions on a free repeat prescription service which only 2 out of 13 are ever ready on time. The latest visit which was on Saturday 15th April 2017 and a week overdue I arrived to pick up my medication to be told that I would have to Waite 45 Minutes for my collection. So 45 Minutes for a collection that was already a week late, how incompetent does a pharmacy have to be before they realise they are not looking after their customers best interests, or is this their intention? I know that I am ranting on but maybe I and other customers who have suffered the same service should really look for a better pharmacutacle customer care service. I picked my prescription up the following Tuesday which was still not complete I even had to ask for another item that they forgot, not wanting to wait 45 Minutes or more I left the Pharmacy very disappointed. At the risk of sounding bitter and a bit discontented I urge future customers of Raunds, Lloyd's Meadow Lane, Pharmacy, to look for another Pharmacy that will offer and supply a better customer service.
