Daughter was unwell, Naureen saw her within a few mins, diagnosed, antibiotics given and out within about 15 mins! Great service and much easier and quicker than GP! Many thanks!
Been getting my medication here for many years now - there has never been any issues. Chloe orders my medication for me direct from my surgery and is always on time. Staff are very friendly, attentive and efficient. Always have my flu and Covid vaccines at this pharmacy and Chloe is very gentle when doing them. Would not go anywhere else and would recommend this pharmacy to those who are local.

I walked in for a BP, height and weight measurement. Not quite sure if they did them so openly. The request was handled immediately in a professional manner and secluded room. I was so impressed at being able to get this service right away. I've also had flu jabs here a couple of times and the same level of professionalism is shown each time. The staff are also so down to earth and friendly. Well done guys keep up the excellent service.
I had my flu vaccination done at Cohen’s Chemist on Mannock medical centre,Irthlingborough road,Wellingborough.The whole experience was excellent. The booking process was simple and convenient, and I was seen promptly at my appointment time. The staff were very welcoming, professional, and reassuring, which immediately put me at ease. The pharmacist explained everything clearly, answered my questions with patience, and made the vaccination quick and painless. The pharmacy itself was clean, well-organised, and had a calm atmosphere. It’s great to have such a reliable local service—thank you to the team at Cohen’s Chemist for making the process smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely return here for future vaccinations and would highly recommend them to anyone
When phoned up I got a snotty lady who was rude to me . Also my prescription was ment to be done for Friday as urgent and it wasn't. Lately seems so slow .
Really rude staff, no confidentiality about medication which was virtually announced to the whole pharmacy. Very embarrassed and upset by the situation. Reluctant to use them again.

The service from the staff there is disappointing,rude, thoughtless with no emotion or customer service. I've been going there for over 1 yr now and it's an ongoing treatment. Today will be the last time I go in there,I'd heard things about the staff before,witness the rudeness and been on the other end of it. When you clearly go to a chemist because you are ill or have an ongoing illness you do not expect to be spoken down too with complete lack of empathy . I explained to the lady that everytime I come here you make me feel uncomfortable, I answer your questions with as much information as I am required to give you. We have clarified this previously on the phone with yourselves,the chemist,the manager,but still I'm treated the same and go through the stress when entering this pharmacy. You go to a pharmacy when you are ill,I will say that again, because I think that's something the staff either don't care about or forget what services they are in. You do not know what the Customer is going through,you should think about that when you are serving Customers. I do not advise anyone to use this pharmacy,I will actively advise people to go elsewhere. The last thing you need when you are not well is staff that clearly don't have any compassion,empathy or Customer service skills. Highly disappointed and upset with how I was treated today.
