What kind of pharmacy is this? The medications aren't prepared yet, and they claim they're only available for 7 days. Nonsense, they're only available for max 5 days at most.

Prescription was sent to them by Dr as it's the nearest one, at the time, as mine might be closed by time I got there. I waited for a considerable amount of time. A lady who's a regular came in after me, stood chatting with staff,,and got her prescription dispensed before me.

The service at the pharmacy has deteriorated so much over the last 6 months. I have used this pharmacy for over 10 years and been very satisfied. However these days it takes over 30 minutes sometimes to get seen. You walk in and you are totally ignored for 20 to 30 mins with no apology. Prescriptions get sent to the pharmacy and they take over a week to process. This is getting ridiculous. Time to find another pharmacy.

Disgusting service. Every single month when I request my repeat prescription, I seem to have a problem with the pharmacy. It seems to be a different problem every time. I had ordered my prescription and had to travel to the pharmacy to check if it was ready because they were not picking up their phones. I was then told that it wasn’t ready and that I needed to come back another day but she couldn’t tell me when. I informed them that I haven’t been receiving any text messages and that there must be an error and that I don’t have the time to keep coming back and forth to check. The woman didn’t understand and simply sent me on my way. Today, I called up after being hung up on and a rude lady picked up the phone. She told me that my prescription wasn’t ready and I mentioned that it had been way over a week. She told me that I would receive a text message when it was ready so I had to explain that I hadn’t ever been sent a text message before. She then told me that she will scan my prescription and send me a message. Guess what… it came through right away. So you’re telling me that my prescription isn’t ready yet you had it right in front of you to scan? I asked her why I hadn’t been sent a text message before and she said that it wasn’t her problem and that she didn’t work in that branch. This is untrue as I have spoken to her many times. Goodness, if I could give this place minus stars then I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I know I will be from now on.

Disappointing service from here. Left GP to collect prescription that was sent here. Joined the queue at 12.45. Was told they were closing at 1.00pm. (Although on all their web pages, they were open 8.30am to 18.30pm). So will have to come back when they reopen at 2.00pm. At 12.50 am the pharmacist rushed out, so were then told they couldn’t do anything and just closed the doors. Had to go home and try and work out the cheapest taxi fare to get back here! Like to know how the lady behind me in the queue managed to be served…… Luckily I don’t have to use this pharmacy usually, but needed the prescriptions to help get me through the weekend.

Having booked a flu jab time, I arrived promptly to find that Philip Beckley had decided to go for a lunch break, despite knowing I had a booked appointment. Staff had no idea when he was back thinking he may of gone KFC. The customers waiting mounted, and out onto the roa, due to him also being the only person who can sign off prescriptions. Waited 20 mins then left, poor customer service by him with the staff unable to do nothing but apologise
