Collected a few prescriptions for myself a few days ago. The staff were very friendly and efficient.
Disgusting Service at this Pharmacy. I am yet to find out this employees I.D but I can only describe him as a petite Asian Male. 7/11. 12:30pm Visit with my newborn. I booked a flu jab that I am eligible for, free of charge. I am currently 7 weeks Postpartum. The employee asked me what makes me exempt? He then proceeded to share his computer screen with me showing a list of health conditions and then In a patronising manner he ask me to select from the list which applied to me! None of which displayed PostPartum. He continued to make comments with his uneducated & rude attitude I then left with my baby and went back to the Rothwell Medical Center whom reconfirmed that I am eligible for a Free Flu Jab. I can only describe this employee as Racist, Prejudice or Uneducated. May I add that the same employee dispensed a free prescription to me the previous day with an attitude.
Excellent pharmacy. Clean, efficient have been looking after me for quite sometime,now with me and my wife's scripts. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable on all things medical. I give 5 stars
Popped in at lunchtime having felt unwell, spoke to a great pharmacist who listened and advised that I should take a course of antibiotics. Brilliant service, very impressed!
Very helpful pharmacy. Excellent service. No problem with prescriptions. I need a product to help me and I had asked at boots chemist the day before and straight away it was no. No further conversation. Well rothwell pharmacy wasn't certain initially,but spent time looking for me and found what I need. Now I'm home I phoned them and they have ordered it for me. Excellent service and I'm very grateful for them looking.
Passing by this place an called for some help with an ongoing medical condition and they have point blank refused to help me saying I will have to use my own doctors

Convenient.. placed next to surgery. Pleasant staff and clean, well stocked and efficient service
Excellent service and my repeat prescription is always ready on time. Knowledgeable staff are always willing to help. Sometimes it is very busy as this pharmacy is attached to the Doctor surgery so you may have to queue at busy times
