This is the second time I’ve used the pharmacy. All staff are friendly and helpful, which is to be commended. I think sometimes the queue system is a little unorganised. A number maybe better but you still get seen fairly quickly. Overall all incredibly good
The most unreliable and useless pharmacy, it has been my displeasure to use and if it wasn't for the proximity I would avoid it like the plague.
Bit of a shambles. Had to convince the person behind the counter that they did have my prescription as she thought they didn't or didn't know how to look it up. She eventually found it. Phone line was completely unavailable all day so no way to call ahead. Long queues. Shame it's not a bit more organised as the people were all nice and helpful.
Had so many bad experiences here, some of the staff are incredibly rude. Would happily go to Wellingborough road Lloyds, they’re custom service is excellent but sadly this Lloyds is next to my doctors, so I’m stuck here.
I felt so sorry for the one assistant on duty because there was a massive queue and no one was helping her at all which meant that most of us were waiting for at least 20 to 25 minutes for our prescriptions. This may be due to staff shortages due to Covid so it isn’t a criticism but it would be fair to your staff if some of the people who were stocking shelves or something like that could help her
