    Whoever operated the phone when I called is awful. Called with a query, got interrupted with "I'll give you the pharmacy number" even though she didn't know my question, understandably said I was confused why she'd given me the pharmacy number and then she cut the call. Called 5 more times to no answer, one of which was picked up and dropped 3 seconds later. I now have no way of transferring urgent medication from this pharmacy to another over the weekend because one staff member decided to make their bad day my bad day too.

    I attended the superdrug pharmacy this afternoon and was meet by a deeply unpleasant blonde women behind the healthcare counter. As she appoarched I said hi can you help me, she just stared blankly at me. I then asked the lady if she had any stronger allergy tablets behind the counter. She proceeded to laugh at me and said there are exactly the same as the ones in your hand. I said ok then well I will take these then. She said “no you can go queue at the front other there” she then walked off. I left the items I had on the counter and left the store. I then went to boots store where the healthcare staff were professional and helpful. Absolutely awful customer service.
