   Never again! Visited yesterday after a GP appointment to collect a prescription. Initial response from staff member was "They're closed today. It's Saturday!" Then, when the script wasn't on the system "your last prescription was sent to xxx pharmacy. Are you sure you're in the right place?" all the while alluding to me being mistaken. I've worked in customer service long enough to know that believing the customer is a fairly basic first step. Final straw was being shouted at by the owner (Daljit Phone) in front of other customers in the shop.- appalling experience!

   Fantastic! So responsive and helpful with a prescription I needed when other pharmacies had been unhelpful. I travelled from a nearby town here because of how responsive they were, I wish all pharmacies were like this one! The staff here are a true asset to the business.

   Been ringing for ages tried 10 times still no answer!!! trying to chase a prescription for my blind mum and noone answer the phone... Had out of Date meds from here in the past so pleased I have moved doctors and pharmacy!!! Won't use this place unless there is no where else in town..

Katherine goes above and beyond to help myself and other patients when they come to the counter and she does so with a thoughtful heart ❤️ along with compassion and empathy.    Changed to a different pharmacy. Got really fed up of being talked down to and the long waits in the queue. My new pharmacy is so much better.

   Great service with personable and caring pharmacist. Went to get my meds yesterday. I like to pick them up all together because it saves me multiple trips. One of my prescriptions was still at the doctors. The pharmacist spoke to them and got it resolved in a matter of minutes. Honestly not many pharmacies like this one left around here. They helped me so much during covid too..

   Went in today to pick up medicine for my child and all 4 of the staff members were talking amongst themselves ignoring customers in the que. Waited 20 minutes listening to staff talking about their secret santa gift ideas instead of getting our pre ordered medicine. Will be changing and I’m sure others in the que will be too.

   I've been dealing with Balmoral Pharmacy for around 5 years and cannot speak too highly of them whether face to face or their delivery service. Also, I've sought their verbal medical advice when needed and have benefited by their reassurance/diagnosis and competency. Highly recommended.

   I have my medication delivered. Sometimes i cut it a bit fine dropping the perscription off. Got my son to pop it in the box on the way into town yesterday. It says allow 48 hours. So earliest i expected to get it was monday. Just after 7, theres a knock at the door. My medication. Now thats what i call service. Its not the first time. I told the chemist how pleased i was. He said that hed been working for them for years and knew his job well. Cant say the same for the big chemists. Boots and Superdrug to name two. Used to go in every month and often it wouldnt be ready or stuff missing. They blamed the doctors obvious now it wasnt them. Havent had any problems since. Remember the first time i dealt with them. Last Christmas. I had broken my hip a couple of weeks earlier and couldnt get out. Desperate for pills, so rang drs, they said they would see what they could do, but couldnt promise anything. Around 8pm got a phone call, to let me know someone would round later to deliver. Two young ladies turned up around 9ish, late night opening.Those 2 lovely girls had put thenselves out for me.
