After using picking up,from here for 14yrs, told I can't pick up from here unless I'm with their surgery..ridiculous
After being referred by my doctors, the pines surgery, the Morningside pharmacy contacted me rapidly and arranged an appointment for me to see the pharmacist, Aktar, within the hour. Since I moved to Kingsthorpe 1 year ago, I had to change doctors and chemists for my prescriptions.. I want to let them know and everyone else too who gets to read this.. that I have found all the staff at Morningside very helpful, friendly and professional to a very high standard.. Everytime I’ve need advice or get anything they have been exceptionally helpful and I’ve not got a bad word to say about them.. Its been the best service I have used and I want to thank you.. I’m not very good at this sort of thing and putting it into words. But thank you very much x
This pharmacy is absolutely outstanding as all the staff go way beyond!!!! I always receive first class customer service with all services they provide! I previously used a pharmacy I had used most of my life which soon became very poor following the pandemic where staff were rude and unprofessional! Morningside are extremely polite, friendly and professional and thank goodness my daughter recommended them to me! Thank you to all the staff and please, don’t change! Only critisism is, I could do with them being open longer on a Saturday morning however, I know they need time off also as they work hard!!!! THANK YOU!
I have been using this pharmacy for about three years, and have always found them to be attentive and polite. One time the pharmacist himself explaining the reasons they didn't have a medicine that was in short supply. ( this was supplied very soon after ).They have also never failed to inform me as soon as my medication was ready for collection. I an very pleased with the service I have received
I was only one in there at start, no one acknowledged I was there, or if I wouldn't mind waiting
My son was given a prescription 10 minutes before closing the evening before Christmas Eve. All the team in the pharmacy were so friendly, understanding and efficient - something I probably wouldn’t be at the end of the day before the Christmas break! So thankful for the service they offer and the fantastic manner in which they do it in.
Have never had a bad experience in here until recently when one staff member spoilt it! Extremely rude,no eye contact,no people skills. All other staff have always been polite, friendly,informative & professional & I have filled out a feedback form stating this.
Just been in the pharmacy today, as I wasn't getting any joy with the Doctors next door. These guys really are helpful and very professional, Poppy is lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Just got Helen the pharmacy to look at my toe as it has a very nasty infection, and she was able to get the Doctors next door to take some action. This is not the first time they come to my rescue and i just want to thank them for there time and consideration. If I could give 10 stars I would ! Keep up the great work !!!!!
Not fit for purpose. The previous time I went to collect my prescription it said on the surgery web site that it would be ready within two days. I went to collect it and was told it would not be ready for another two days. This time I gave it over a week before collecting it. Could I collect it? could I hell as like No pharmacist on duty so although my prescription was ready they would not let me collect it so I have to walk all the way up there again.
