   The worst by far run by people who think there doing you a favour .Honestly go somewhere else .appalling attitude.boycott this place at all cost. People like these need to learn we are not animals .TREAT PEOPLE BETTER. YOUR STAFF ARE HORRENDOUS.

   Staff are blunt and borderline rude, twice now I have been told my prescription has been collected when in fact it hadn’t. It’s a complete shambles and I find myself anxious everytime I visit due to the way I am spoken to and constant mistakes.

   The only reason I’ve left one star is so I can write this review. The Tesco pharmacy itself is ok. The pharmacist I see today with my disabled son must’ve got his degree from a corn flakes box. My son got an ear ache 2 days ago so we decided to take him to see the pharmacist hoping he’d prescribe some spray similar to the spray he’s had before. Instead he looked in his ears, but he may as well not bothered, because he didn’t look properly, he then told us to keep an eye on his ear for 48hrs then see a GP if it gets worst. This was unacceptable, so we took our son to a walk-in centre where the nurse in there did a thorough check of his ears, She told us that he had an infection in both ears and that he needed antibiotics along with the ear spray. I dread to think how many other people the Tesco pharmacist has fobbed off with his lack of knowledge.

   Dreadful customer service one star is too much, these individuals have zero idea of customer service or simply being kind friendly humans; unfriendly, ill mannered individuals it’s just shocking! I had to stand there listening to one staff going on and on about having gone on holiday alone , unprofessional! I just wanted to collect one item and purchase some items over the counter I was ignored then told no one came over because apparently she thought I was going to ask for a prescription that’s not ready !!! Well a little tip to this team, good manners and kindness is free and in a place of work politeness is a requirement!!!

   As a regular user of this pharmacy I know they get busy, but today I waited at the front of the queue for 10 minutes (this isn’t a guess. I watched the time as I had somewhere to go afterwards). I counted 5 staff at the back but not one person came to address the queue at the counter which was now at the door. I very politely walked up to the screen and asked if anyone was able to serve, and someone shouted from the back “we are”! It surely would take very little effort for a member of staff to come to the front and say we will be with you in a moment? When staff came out there was no apology for the delay, and as others have said there seems to be general lack of common courtesy, smiles and often medications in the store!

   This pharmacy has gone down massively in the last 9 months. Queues are always out the door and staff never seem to be in a hurry to help. I have just queued for half hour for a prescription that was put in yesterday, to then be told I need to wait half hour for it to be made up. I am regularly running out of medication because they often take over a week to make up a prescription. Most of the time they never have the item in stock as with many other items. Absolute joke, I won’t be returning! 3 months later….. still no improvement. Tried to call me a liar. They cannot access emails after a certain time so therefore cannot access prescription!! 3 day wait for antibiotics!! Completely disgusting!

   Prescription was initially questioned despite it saying at the bottom this prescription was accepted by Tesco (it was issued privately and printed). Pharmacist refused to complete the prescription as a brand name was used which they didn't have in stock (despite the antibiotic name also being written and them having that in stock). I was refused the medication and told to try elsewhere or get them to update the prescription... Not easy to do on a Sunday. Left with no medication. Went to an alternative Tesco whose pharmacy who sorted it in 10 minutes, no questions asked. I don't understand how this is good service or providing duty of care to enable to have infections treated. Never returning.

   Refused prescription. Went to A&E in Northampton and was given a prescription for various drugs. Popped in to Tesco as they are the closest to home and understandably some of the drugs were unavailable until next day so left my slip overnight. Next morning returned to pickup my filled prescription and was told the pharmacist wasnt happy with the fact that there were quite a few drugs on one prescription. Pharmacist wanted me to return to A&E or book an appointment with my GP so that the prescription could be written onto two slips. Complete waste of time. Took my refused slip to another local pharmacy who happily filled it same day. Will not be using Tesco again. Only positive note is that counter staff were friendly and couldn't be more apologetic... clearly miffed at their pharmacists decision.
