   After disastrous service from boots.com. Ordered perfume for Christmas and the parcel was lost and not permitted a refund for 7 days post original planned delivery date I had lost all hope of getting my item for Christmas. On second attempt today to collect, as it said it was now in store it was sadly not. However Jacqueline assistant manager was amazing, spoke to customer services for me and arranged for a replacement which they had in stock boots store five stars boots online zero!!

   Went in about 30 minutes ago I had lots of body wash's I needed to get as I work for people with brain injurie I asked a lady for some help due to there not being baskets big enough she was rude and disrespectful also extremely dismissive, the manager needs a word with her because with an attitude like hers she shouldn't be working in retail I definitely will not be coming back.

   Yvonne is very rude, arrogant and disrespectful. No customer service whatsoever. I purchased some baby food, wanted to pay cash, but the machine kept chucking the cash back out. I asked if they could serve me at the ‘Human’ till, she ignored me, kept telling the other staff to ignore it and said they don’t keep cash in the tills. Make it make sense, if there’s no cash in the tills, why do they have the option of cash and card payments. Boots you need to re-train that manager of yours at the riverside branch. She looked at me as though it was a fake note, Yvonne you looked more suspicious than the entire store staff. Absolutely disgusting from you. There’s more what she did, but pointless writing it here. Boots have been emailed.

   Please don't visit Boots Riverside at the last moment to purchase anything,please visit another store because the staff will block the customers from 7.50pm onwards not to enter the store even it is open also and the usual reply they are saying the till is broken. I don't understand how the till is broken only on the last minute. I presume the staffs need to go early and saying silly reason to avoid customer.

   If i could detract stars I would. Staff are rude Nd incompetent. Tutting and sulking when they get things wrong... Sorry I'm not that side of the pharmacy counter or I would do your job for you. Incapable of answering a phone. Will only shop there again when hell freezes over!

   Really lovely man, think he is either manager or team leader. So friendly, kind and helpful. Was looking for makeup a few months ago for daughters dance show and wanted make up that had been sealed and not tampered with. He went above and beyond to help me and was extremely patient. You are lucky to have him work for your company. Interaction with customers is excellent.
