   Such a refreshing change from our local pharmacy and even the pharmacy attached to our own GP and definitely worth the 8 mile drive. They answer the phone quickly, are helpful and polite and pass messages on so the lady was expecting me. It was busy but efficient so not a long wait. I guess this is the service everyone should get from any pharmacy but it is not my experience anywhere in Towcester or Greens Norton. We'll be using Bugbrooke as our regular pharmacy from now on.

   My daughters been poorly with spiking temperatures initially over the last few days and then temperature dropping due to an illness, we tried one medicine which she couldn’t palate so needed to get another one. I needed to get it from Bugbrooke pharmacy, however due to the flooding I was late getting there and they had closed. However the pharmacist was still inside and came out to sort my situation and got me my daughters prescription. We have been really worried about our daughter so my partner and I were over the moon when the pharmacist did this for us. Great service great pharmacy and a great guy. Thank you Bugbrooke pharmacy.

   This is the most helpful pharmacy! I contacted them last year because my grandfather who has parkinson's needed his dosette box delivering and his current pharmacy at Blisworth were not willing to do it. It was a night and day experience! Bugbrooke were instantly so helpful and patient with us and it is so appreciated! I literally just called them again today with another issue and they instantly resolved it for me! 10/10 every experience I've had with them!

   Picked up my prescription this morning without any problems. A traffic light system is on the door and signs outside ask you to wait until asked to go in. The pharmacist was pleasant and retrieved my prescription quickly. I was in and out in no time. Perfect service.

   Absolutely fantastic pharmacy. They go above and beyond, giving exceptional service. Having a disabled Daughter on many medications, some unusual, for many years, I've probably tested their services more than most. Professional and they really care about their customers, everyones welfare. A rare commodity in today's society. Can't praise or thank them enough for the support given over the years and continued service they give to my Daughter and to her well being. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
