   Aisha saw my daughter with suspected tonsilitis straight away and immediately made me and her feel at ease. She agreed that my daughter had the symptoms and promptly got her treatment. So many times I've taken her other places and have been made to feel over worried and Aisha completely reasurred me! Such a lovely woman.

   After an accident at home I went to Popsons to seek some guidance on what I should do as unsure if I was over reacting or if I needed a hospital visit. They were very friendly and efficient and saw me in private straight away. I was told I needed to go to A&E so i was bandaged up and off I went to Banbury for stitches. I really appreciated their help and helped me to stay calm, esp when a lot of blood is involved. I'll decline to add a photo of the wound!

   Where do I begin? Every time I collect my medication I always leave feeling I’ve done something wrong? As a sufferer of severe depression and anxiety, going to the pharmacy is a HUGE deal for me, in fact leaving the house seems like mission impossible some days. So I’d expect a warm friendly welcome when approaching the person behind the counter. Instead I’m greeted like I’m a problem and am somehow getting in the way! Every time they can’t spell my name correctly, and tell me I’ve got not medication here. They don’t like being corrected and things go down hill where customer service is concerned. My illness is a concern for my doctors and therapists so I’m off work until they feel that I’m okay. So this means I’m exempt from paying for my much needed medication. However I felt (especially after my last visit) that this is an issue for them? My medication may as well have been thrown at me! Shouldn’t you have checked my address before throwing them on the counter at me? I could’ve been given Mrs X’s meds for dementia. After reading a few reviews I think your staff need to work on their attitudes, as they have no idea how their bad day can make someone else feel! A smile and thank you would help!

   Absolutely disgraceful! Just been queueing outside the shop as we are currently only allowed one in at a time and had the staff lock the door in my face, only to be told that its now their lunch break, under normal circumstances i would have been in the queue inside the shop and should have been served. You were happy to let the woman in before me and you told me that you came out to check but i can assure you that nobody came out to check the whole time i was stood there or even after the customer in front of me. You are bang out of order!
