Stereo door people went up to NB's to tell them not to let me in as I've upset them with telling the truth... So they didn't...Please hire people that can take the job and actually are mentally stable as it appears to me that you don't need to be educated at all to be a door man.
I'm a Spanish girl who went to this disco yesterday. I entered completely normal and a worker who was at the door with black hair did not let me in because she said i was drunk when I was fine. She called her colleague and said something in her ear and she told me to leave because i was “still drunk”. I left the queue for 20 minutes and when I came back in they told me the same thing, when I was completely ok. I also spoked to a red-haired girl and she spoke to me terribly, she wouldn't even let me tell her what had happened. So, I asked for the manager and she didn't let me explain myself either and she even pushed me. It seemed very unfair to me because they had no reason not to let me in and they treated me very badly. I honestly think it was racism. Something like this has never happened to me and I hope that one day measures will be taken with that staff
Disappointed with how they managed the queuing system on Halloween. Yes fast track takes priority, but that shouldn't mean 0 regular queue persons get in before the fast track. It should be a merging system. And when no communication is given to the persons in the regular queue about how this dumb mechanism operates here. Terrible. However, 5 star for John the bartender.
Friends bought a drink, we didn’t get the drink. All 3 of us vouch for this. Went to go resolve the issue with manager calmly by myself, yes I had been drinking but that is expected here. Ended up with her watching cctv and apparently I had drank the drink. Believe she was looking at the wrong situation on cctv. Ended up in her saying I looked on drugs, which I am, nhs medicated drugs for my ADHD which I also made her aware of. Also something she has zero right in commenting on especially within the Unrelated context of us not being served and her seeing the wrong footage on cctv. Then to attempt to gaslight me into thinking I drank the drink because I’m on such medication. Blatant ableism and extremely rude for a situation, I feel, i approached very calmly and with pure intention. But the bouncer who spoke to me after this situation was really helpful and genuine. But the blonde manager woman needs a serious talking to about what is and isn’t appropriate to comment on when dealing with a customer.
Had a good time tonight, met a few people, staff seemed alright, didn't talk to them much. I don't really like the £5 minimum card transaction, and the £10 entry payment, but what can you do? it's an okay club
Mint night . Everyone complaining about getting spiked but I see as free drugs . Awesome . Seen 2 crazy people having a slapping contest while bouncing around to 50 cent . Amazing deffo recommend.

The bar staff are very kind and will talk to you if you need something, the management team there is also very generous and kind, but I don't understand why people are saying very ridiculous accusations towards the establishment. Overall the music is decent you can have fun let loose and be yourself there.
Security guards clearly doesn't care my friend got spiked on the students night. Should have search people thoroughly but clearly they didn't. Useless people
The new Friday DJ couldn’t mix a vodka coke. Absolutely massacred every song by mixing it with something rubbish or playing it for 15 seconds then awkwardly transitioning into something else. Jarring
