The colleague that served me was absolutely lovely and professional, she wasn’t feeling well and the customer in front of me was so rude to her and deliberately trying to confuse her but she remained so professional and kind the whole time.
Those working there are excellent. Sadly, the building is awful and it's either way too hot or too cold or has no airflow. Probably because they're terribly underpaid staff always seem a little shattered but even so, try their best to be helpful and promote product.
Amazing service as always, shop is super small however, they need more space like before, and is really hidden but a great place!
Went down here today went to get a game for someone Christmas present. Went to go pay it . Guy was looking to see if it was there told me it out of stock. Why have game on the self that should be in-stock . But is out of stock not comeing back here
They put games on stand that are out of stock in the branch , spent more than 20 minutes choosing 2 games and at the end both were out of stock and had to order them online. The people working there are really helpful and knowledgeable about games and love games not only sell them. Thanks
Today I try to find this place I actually walk pass it because outside the sports direct place there no visible game logo there is game logo only on glass & that very small. Then when in to sports direct. There was no logo say on the right around the corner the game store. I had to ask a member of staff of sports direct. Then want finally got to game store. It very very small space. And most of games are overpriced. And inconvenient when come to online shopping
The staff are friendly and informed. They are willing to part information with you and banter with. The range of products available are good, with accessories such as Funko Pops and jumpers.
Now don't get me wrong this store is big but its rather overpriced for what it is, and the narrow range of platform of games they stock. However I do have a switch lite but I refuse to buy any games from there as the heating is so unbearably hot and stuffy in there and it blowing hot air at you when looking at switch games actually makes me feel sick every time sorry
Took a PS4 slim in today for repair, guy tried to act like I didn't have a clue, tried to say we purposely damaged our console, console froze, crashed, and system software became corrupt, guy could not fix it, blamed us for disc tray damage and said "somebody's been ramming discs in and out that's probably why it's not ejecting" even tho 2 days before the console had worked perfectly fine for 23 months. Why would we break our console purposely. He told us to take the insurance route. Absolutely the worst day I've ever been into a game store ever. Staff were terrible today. Date 14/11/2018
