   think this will be the last time i sell to CEX not only did they downgrade the grade i initially put they missed diagnosed my Homepod 2nd gen for a first gen leading me to go to the store i really don’t see what the problem was a few small scratches which i was then penalised me for especially on the base when i last brought something the CD was scratched and was classed as grade a make that make sense i just don’t get their grading criteria i know friends who have also brought various items from this store as grade a and been scratched or damaged something is certainly very fishy about CEX

   On their website is telling one price and when you go in the shop with the new item , they give you half or less . The item was new in the box , never opened. The item value on the website was 800£ , and in the shop they offered 400£. The second time was new in box as well . Online said 100£ , and in the shop they offered 20£. Not to say , that 90 % of the people that work there are rude .

   They sell and buy tech, and they do it well I guess, except the fact they definitely sell everything for WAYYY more than they give to those selling the items originally, which is okay to some degree since they need to profit but, that's exactly it, the whole process is exactly that, ok, not bad not good either.
