    Blaklader 2490 STORM Waterproof Winter Safety Boots - bought top of the range boots, but after 10 days of use the zip stitching came off. Blaklader requested for the boots to be sent-in for inspection and replacement. how can this be a professional service as DOES NOT SUPPORT continuity of work. how can a trade person / professional be without safety boots for 2-3 weeks whilst awaiting replacement?! need to up their game and consider continuity of service when selling "professional" gear...
