Customer service from a staff member serving at the tills was appaling, he was a tall Pakistani man with a beard he didnt even speak to us once whilst we were paying. I think footlocker needs to look at hiring new staff at this store and maybe a competent manager to ensure high levels of customer service. I've lived and worked in luton for many years and im shocked how low the standards are.

1st that store full of uneducated staff no respect for customers more security guards I donβt think so Need it happen today I bought online footlocker store shoes it was small size so as policy shows. Can return local store and what I go to return first there was indicated Asian girl who canβt sort out 1st customer then all counter handler just waking around when my turns I ask her for return and she even not listen she said we canβt return but footlocker policy says can return local store so I think they have got own policy so even you bought something from there and return next day donβt buy anything from Luton store they are all excuse you and better go to Milton nice kind staff after I go to Milton footlocker they accept return without problem and refund me well I raise hire level issue they 2 girls on Luton footlocker against policy what they sauce told me I send hire level footlocker branch that they deny you accept footlocker policy hopefully will not happen with future customers and I request change uneducated staff specially from footlocker branch lazy and donβt know how to accept return

0 customer service, felt like I was begging. Asked a question and the guy just walked away from me. All need to be fired and hire some positive people. I'm not going to spend money in such a hostile environment.

Iβm really disappointed with the customer service at Foot Locker. The staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. I asked for help finding my size, but no one bothered to check or follow up. When I asked another question, the employee gave me a short, dismissive answer. I expected better from a big brand like Foot Locker β the lack of attention and care was frustrating. I wonβt be shopping here again unless the customer service improves.

I visited Footlocker to buy some sliders. They had a sale on, so the price was heavily discounted, I noticed that they had most sizes available too. Most of the store was tidy, with the exception of the till area. There were lots of hangers hung up behind the till where they were not supposed to be, and there were lots of loose trainers on top of the till points. The staff that work here seem disinterested and the service I received at the till was poor. I was the only customer at the till, clearly waiting to pay. A member of staff went behind the till and did not acknowledge me, but proceeded to carry out some work. Another employee served me, but not before carrying out a duty that involved going back and fourth between the till and a nearby stand.

Good stock but staff weren't fourth coming with helping out, usually you get approached when walking into a store but not at this one, which put me off buying anything. I don't like giving bad reviews but it's the truth.

Worst shop ever to buy a shoes. Staff has no interest at all in showing anything. Feels like they are working against their will and donβt even show the options. Better to buy it online. I donβt normally leave a review but my this Sunday visit to Luton mall Foot Locker made me do this as the people working here need to learn how to behave with customers. I would have given -5 rating if I could.

Very bad customer service .... asking the staff for help Makes us feel like ' did we ask for help or did we ask their blood.. even after calling for help they wont reach out , my friend and his wife went to make a purchase and the staff was making fun of them for god knows what reason. Atleast a smile and some respect would be very much appreciated

Took back a pair of trainers as 1 was squeaking whilst walking they said they would not let me exchange them as I had worn them how else would I discover this without walking in them? They said I should have worn them at home first . I just better check my brand new trainers in case they squeak by walking around my house? They were 3 staff at the till serving 1 man and I was told to wait

Really disappointing and extremely bad costumer service! I've ordered online 2 pairs of trainers which for various reasons O wanted to return/exchange. Very unprofessional and rude staff! Not only they didn't change my trainers but their attitude was execrable when I told them the trainers havent been worn outside as I have only tried it indoors for a bit to see the fit.The lady there was adamant I have worn them outside and accused me of lying. I will surely not be returning to this shop for a real long time,be it this branch or any other! CRISTINA brings shame to their store and company!
