   10/10 to Chris at this store for her absolutely fantastic customer service. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, approachable, and full of positive energy. We had such a good laugh with her. She made the whole visit feel fun and relaxed. What really stood out was how patient and helpful she was. She never made us feel rushed and she took the time to help us with the Hobbycraft app, even pointing out deals we could use to save money. That kind of care and attention is rare these days and it meant a lot. Chris is a true gem helpful, kind, and just genuinely lovely. Hobbycraft are lucky to have her!

   Large store, sewing and knitting material and wool section upstairs. Material is pricey, only bolts of 5 metres in stock. Several displays to encourage children's activities, staff friendly but not many of them.

   Went for a hot glue gun, they had a hot glue gun, I bought a hot glue gun, my hot glue gun needs are now filled! On a serious note, it is nice to go into a store and for them to have stock. Would of been 5 stars if it were more local to me.

   Always a good range of wool, craft materials etc and easy parking right outside the store. I usually manage to get what I need here. There's a click and collect service available too.

   Its quite a big store here in Crewe. Packed full of all things crafting, I went for paints for pottery gifts I'd had for Christmas. Asking the assistant as I walked in, she was able to direct me straight to where I needed, then gave me a couple more options I could use. I made a purchase and was very happy with the service and the choice of goods. They have numerous things like paper crafting items, jigsaws, model cars /aeroplanes/ships, various painting goods, knitting wool & patterns, floristry, storage...to name but a few. All children and adults of any age catered for.
