   I visited the store about a week ago, and having been a regular customer for the past few years, I can clearly see the improvement. I believe this Pizza Hut location is now under new ownership, and I must say the change has been for the better.The food quality has noticeably increased, and the overall customer experience is much better than before. The team seems more attentive and welcoming — great to see the positive changes!

   Over an hour for delivery??? Pizza was excellent, staff who took my call to get an update was very professional (Shaun) this guy needs more praise or a promotion. Again using a third party delivery service cuts back on quality or service and I'm assuming to put more money in the owner of this franchise's pocket.. Happy to amend this review should a third party delivery service no longer be used at this store.

   We turned up 5 minutes after our collection slot and still had to wait 10 minutes even though the shop was empty while the guy chatted up someone on the phone - asking if the number they were on was their mobile number and saying that he’d text it. Not very professional. Could hear 2 other people out the back who didn’t just pass us our already paid for pizza. The pizza had a full slice with absolutely nothing on. Lots of the slices didn’t have any topping on half of them and huge chewy crusts. I don’t believe the crust was a garlic crust even though we ordered it. Overall pretty disappointed unfortunately.

   20 minutes late for collection no problem as they were busy. However one tomato base and one bbq . There was so little on them they were dry and couldn't tell the difference. The cheese and the other toppings were tasteless. If I were blindfolded I wouldn't know what I was eating.

   shocking service - our collection order was incorrectly sent out with a delviery driver to someone else and then the staff made us feel like we are lying when we said we have an order we waiting for. Absolute shambles with staff talking on their phones while waiting to be spoken to

   Grandson adamant he wanted Pizza Hut pizza so we walked in and ordered. Excellent counter service and pizza was ready in 10 minutes. Great tasting pizza. Will definitely purchase again.

   I was pleased with the service this evening at this Pizza Hut store. On placing my order, it was ready in 15 minutes. I came to collect my order from the store, in which I had to wait for about 5 - 10 minutes. However, I was very pleased with the service provided by the Shift Manager/Main Manager. Who apologized for keeping me waiting, and even gave me a free bottle of drink as thank you for my patience. That to me is great customer service. The pizzas I ordered were both good, and were a good portion size for a large pizza. Nothing to complain from my friends, family, nor myself. For the sides, the only thing I would say is just increase the amount of wedges. As for feeding for four adults, a few more could have been added.
