   I must state that I have only been once. But I found the whole experience to be just okay, altogether. The service was very quick and friendly and the atmosphere was nice, clean and not too cramped or crowded. The food, however (I ordered chicken soup with rice noodles), was much smaller portioned than what appeared on the ordering screen. It also seemed to be light on meat and noodles while being overly stuffed with edamame. I like edamame but I couldn't finish them. It was okay quality (though the chicken was a bit tough and some edamame were quite hard). It was tasty and healthy enough, with plenty of condiments to add, but I just would have liked a bigger portion and more balanced portions of individual ingredients. I might try this place again as I definitely didn't hate it, but as someone who dreams of getting a reasonably priced, Japanese lunch experience in my city, this seemed way off, especially for the price. I thought the picture looked like a large bowl, so I went for it thinking it was a really reasonable price, then as soon as I saw the small soup cup they gave me, it immediately looked expensive.

   Love this place , I'm so happy they manage to reopen it. Healthy food that will keep u full at a decent price. My to go option when I can not be bothered to cook but I want something tasty that won't ruin my stomach and my pocket.

   Good budget sushi. Not amazing but for fast food is good enough. Place is clean tidy, good atmosphere. Staff well presented and kind. It was my first visit to this branch.

   We had just arrived in Aberdeen via train from Edinburgh and were on our way to the bus station and had a little time to kill. Itsu look3: so clean and bright, we decided to have a little dumpling noodle snack. For a fast food venue, our dumplings was actually quite decent. Everything is so clean and neat like in Japan and they have an awesome Japanese style bathroom!

   Today was the first time I tried Itsu sushi, I would say that they are not bad but definitely not my favourite. The price is average but considering that they weren’t that great I would say it’s slightly expensive. I am not internally sure if I would order sushi from there again as there are some better places to order sushi from but I can’t say much about the other food they sell, also I felt like the sushi were not tightly rolled and in some places the seaweed was slightly unfilled. I feel like their other food likes soups and rice etc is tasty but from what I have tried today I wouldn’t say is anything special. However the customer service is very fast and the members of staff are sweet. The place is very clean and pleasant to eat in. Really like the layout and design chosen for it. If I had to choose the favourite sushi out of all I tried today, the dragon ones were the best. I think I would like to come back and try other things to see how I feel about them as many people say they are very tasty.

   Best place if you feel like eating out whilst trying to be healthy. The low kcal options are really tasty and quickly prepared. The service there is immaculate - front manager made us feel right at home.

   Using kiosks, you can order and then receive your food very quickly. The food is fresh and tasty. Could be improved with a few more custom options such as sugar for tea, etc.

   Terrible sushi. Made on the spot, sure ... but when?? Server pulled a container off the shelf and when I asked him for "fresh" his reply was, "That is fresh". It tasted like day old sushi. Rice was dry and hard, no flavour. Sat at a table and nearby was all dirty with food. No one cleaning up. Really disappointing. Might as well have bought it at the grocery store.

   Not much options for sushi. Sushi is okay, I wouldn't say I would go here repeatedly. May be next time will try noodles or something.
