   Ordered 2 medium pizzas and a garlic bread online for delivery last night and got charged £34, an £8 overcharge. Contacted Roccos today about the overcharge and they refused to refund the overcharge because we ordered online. Shocking behaviour. If the deal isn’t available online the website shouldn’t let you order it Even at the correct price the pizzas would have been disappointing, small and overcooked. We like to use more local businesses where possible but we’ll be using Dominos in the future.

   Another lovely pizza meal from Rocco’s. We opted for the buy one get one free which is only available on collection. Unless you want to wait it’s best to order over the phone or via their app. The one let down is that their garlic sticks vary in flavour each time. Sometimes there is more Parmesan other times more garlic.

   They do good pizza, nice to be able to have vegan cheese with meat choices (unlike certain other pizza stores) Would be 5 stars but there's a quirky thing where if you go into the store and buy pizza, you get vegan cheese at no extra cost. Buy it online tho, and it'll cost you an extra £1.50 per pizza, so it adds up. Fab staff tho, always really lovely and speedy pizza times (like 15 mins for 3 pizzas)

   Worst pizza I have ever had and expensive. I was very specific about what I wanted but didn’t get what I wanted or paid for. I sent the first one back and they delivered a second one which was no better than the first one. Will NEVER order from them again. If anyone out there is thinking of ordering from Rocco’s save your money unless third rate pizza suits you

   Vegan pizza was bland, unseasoned, vegetable hot had no spice. There was very little tomato flavour, no herbs, garlic. Very poor product. Ate 2 slices as very hungry and the rest is on the bin. Go to Dominoes is my advice if you want a good vegan pizza.

   I hadn't had a Roccos in years so was looking forward to it, must be good if survived next to a dominos for years right??? Wrong, it was pretty terrible. First off the base on the two thin crust pizzas we ordered were clearly pre-made, preserved and tasteless. Same quality as the pre-made bases you can buy from tescos, they claim fresh dough but clearly not. Next the topping on the meat 'feast', can you spot anything beyond one slice of pepperoni and a bit of beef in the photo? No me neither, apparently there are 4 toppings on this pizza which is laughable. Plus we got a chicken side which was too spicy for my kids to eat and strangely slimy inside plus the pudding was one slice of cake. Great deal for a might bite bundle! So most of it went in the bin, £26, crazy. Dominos is so much better and so is Hythe Kebab Centre, so dissapointing. Also asked for it to be left on the doorstep but was handed to us when we opened the door, why bother having this as an option then?
