   I don’t recommend. Ordered a pizza removing the onions. The order arrived cold, via an uber eats rider. Which just doesn’t work well for timing. But it was cold. The rider delivered the food yelling at me for not answering my phone while he waited outside, despite that my instructions on delivery were to deliver it upstairs. When he opened his bag the pizza was practically upside down. Hence the photos of it looking squashed. Called the restaurant, they asked for a photo, we were happy to send a photo, but the guy just drops the phone leaving us in silence. Another guy answers and says “we can give you free pizza another day if you want it”… My partner said she’s allergic to onions which were on this pizza despite instruction to remove it. And he said “ I can give you a free pizza if you just want to eat that one now” … Yes… My partner allergic to onions is going to eat a pizza with onions?! If I wanted to date a balloon on the brink of collapsing I would marry helium! So if you have allergies, maybe avoid this place because they clearly do not care about allergens or the health risks! Then a delivery driver arrived to give us a fresh pizza, only he wanted to see the old one, so by all means we gave him the old one. He took it outside, called his manager, came upstairs and gave us the old one, and the fresh one. Now by this time I was done caring. Hardly ate the fresh one. Overall, Go to Pizza Hut or somewhere nicer, this place has gone downhill. And if you want Cold pizza with a Russian roulette of toppings then this pace would be tailored to you. I’ve contacted papa John’s head office, I’ll be investigating this issue. AVOID

   Ordered online, 18:19. Pizza out of the oven 18:27 for cutting and checking. Text from UberEATS @ 18:39 saying food would be delivered at 19:10 followed by immediate cancellation by uber eats. phone papa johns 18:43 they know the order and said it would come. 19:05 no sign of order. call again guy says to give him 10 mins more. Get another text from Uber eats Estimated delivery time 19:20. Looking on tracking app the pizza is picked up from location at 19:13. Pizza arrives 19:20, of course it's a bit soggy, it could have been remade 4 times over between time of pick up and when it came out of the oven. similar facade last time i ordered where the uber eats guy couldn't find the house and circled on some random streets looking. im done ordering online with this place.

   Peperjack pepperoni and bbq drizzle. BBQ DRIZZLE?! What is this?! You guys have lost it sending pizzas out like that. If any manager is reading this, it was 7:50pm collection Thursday 10th July. Sort your staff out

   I had a delivery from this location and the order was quick to arrive. The sides were mediocre at best and the garlic and Herb dip was bland. The pizza dough was chewy which was highly disappointing because it got me thinking how fresh was this pizza really. The toppings were also not as fresh as I would want, the vegs looked dried out and a BBQ sauce was more like BBQ seasoning. I've had some good pizza from here in the past but I don't know if I could risk wasting food again.

   Today I had the worst experience of customer service ever! I ordered food today with the drink, I received the food but no drink, as the driver forget to bring it. He said he’ll be back in a few minutes. The shop is not far from my house. Half an hour later no one come, so I have phoned the store to check. The manager answered me, and I felt sorry for the company to employ such an in experienced manager. He refused to give me his name, with an aggressive response.Personally, I think this prives zero experience in dealing with the clients. I will never order again from there and I’ll be talking about it every single time. I was just really upset and the manager’s behaviour made me even more upset and angry.

   Ordered pizza and it wasn't delivered. Papa johns took money for transaction. Emailed and called several times , no response. If the store is closed the website shouldn't take your money!!

   If possible, I would give 0 ratings. Sub-standard pizza. Cream sauce tasted like vomit. Pizza was just dough with sprinkling of vegetables. No taste whatsoever. Avoid.

   ordered pizza XXL brought average pizza absolutely not with what they ordered! This is how they spend customers, I won't order any more there! paid as for a big -24 pounds and remained hungry

   I found the pizza at Papa John's to be average compared to all the other pizza outlets in Reading. The price is exorbitant for the quality (no doubt they have to offer 40% discount). Even with that discount it is not worth (at least for me). The garlic bread is completely value for money and their garlic dip is finger licking delicious. I had ordered takeaway from their website and it was delivered perfectly fresh and warm.
