   My visit to Zerodegrees Microbrewery Restaurant – Reading was a truly enjoyable experience, combining the lively atmosphere of a modern brewery with the comfort of a stylish restaurant.    We visited Zero Degrees in Reading town centre last night for our sports club Christmas do, and overall it was a bit of a mixed experience. While the decor and atmosphere were perfectly fine – clean, modern, and generally pleasant – the evening was let down by the food, especially considering the price. With no drinks included, the bill came to around £44 per head (including tip), which felt quite steep for what we had. The main courses were decent, but the starter was underwhelming: not awful, just not much better than a supermarket ready-made soup. The dessert, unfortunately, was the weakest part of the meal – a very dry chocolate cake that none of us particularly enjoyed. We also shared a pizza, which was bland and very light on cheese; honestly, most supermarket pizzas would have offered more flavour, though the base was nicely crisp. Service was efficient and the food arrived promptly, which we appreciated. However, the overall dining experience was affected by the acoustics. With no soft furnishings and a DJ playing, the restaurant became quite loud and echoey, making it difficult to chat without raising our voices. In the end, while nothing was disastrously bad, the combination of mediocre food and high prices left us disappointed. We’ll probably look for somewhere else for our Christmas meal next year.

   This place is brilliant. The food is very tasty and great. The staff are so friendly, helpful and have a great sense of humour, thanks to Emily & Tee. The beers are amazing, we had drank Tropical IPA, So Good Mango & Perfekt Pils. This place in Reading is amazing and I would highly recommend it.. Honestly I am I am typing this while eating the main meal, it's that great! There is also a back area which is a pub and a restaurant at the front. There is a Tank Lounge to look at too for private functions too.

   I had high expectations for this restaurant based on its atmosphere and friendly staff, both of which were excellent. However, the pizza was a complete letdown. It had a burnt taste, and honestly, a frozen pizza from the supermarket would have been better. It seems that those who had a good pizza here in the past were just lucky. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back for another try.

The pizza was a revelation, with a crisp, charred crust and fresh toppings that made every bite flavorful. The buttermilk chicken was succulent, tender, and seasoned to perfection, while the fries were crisp and addictive—an ideal accompaniment to our drinks. The service added another layer of charm to our visit. The staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

   Brewery Zero Degrees is a local brewery in Reading, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience there. The brewery prides itself on its hand-crafted beers, and you can tell that they take great care in creating each and every one of their unique brews. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I loved the industrial chic decor. The brewery has a wide selection of beers on tap, including a pilsner, an American ale, an IPA, a fruit beer, and some specials. I tried a few different varieties during my visit, and each one was good. The flavors were robust, and I could tell that each beer was crafted with care and attention to detail. The concept and place were both great, and I loved the emphasis on hand-crafted beer. I would highly recommend this brewery to anyone in the area looking for a great place to grab a drink with friends or to try out some unique and delicious beers. 4 stars for brewery Restaurant I recently had the opportunity to dine at an Italian restaurant in Reading that boasted of its Neapolitan pizza and wood-fired oven. As a big fan of Italian cuisine, I was eager to try out their pizza and see if it could live up to my expectations. The restaurant had a warm and inviting ambiance, with a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. As I perused the menu, my eyes were immediately drawn to the section featuring their Neapolitan pizzas. The descriptions were mouth-watering, and the pictures looked fantastic. However, when my pizza arrived at the table, I was a bit disappointed. Although it looked good on the menu and had a lovely appearance, it was far away from an authentic Neapolitan pizza taste. The crust was too thick and lacked the classic chewy texture that is a hallmark of Neapolitan pizzas. While I appreciated the effort put into the preparation of the pizza, I couldn't help but feel a bit let down by the lack of authenticity. I would recommend this Italian restaurant for its inviting ambiance and friendly service, but if you're looking for an authentic Neapolitan pizza experience, you might want to look elsewhere. 3 stars for restaurant

   We went for Xmas lunch, unfortunately won’t happen again. The menu was looking super good but unfortunately didn’t taste that nice… everything was a disaster, I don’t know from where to start… the soup was a mixture of Vegs with no sense, my main (salmon) came cold and dry, and the meat was hard and tasteless… the puddings weren’t nice at all, and not what we were expecting in terms of presentation… I have been before and pizzas are ok, but don’t think I will go back to eat something else… disappointing

   Thank you Charlotte and Izzy for your lovely service! I had dinner and drinks here and can really recommend the pizza which is freshly made with a delicious tomato sauce and lovely toppings. The cocktails drinks are also excellent. We had very attentive hosts and really enjoyed our evening out. Thanks again!

   Lovely place to eat and drink!!! The location of this place is exactly in the centre and it can accommodate quite a lot of people. Didnt try the food so cannot say too much about this but considering the fact they brew the beer it is super cool. This is the reason why i regularly visit the place for their homemade quality beer. Would recommend this to anyone. Also, they have large barrels to get quality beer at home!! NICE!
