   After visiting the main Kwackers we were convinced about the vegan and vegetarian options at Kwackers. But the service was utterly abismal, the burger had 2 top buns, they almost forgot to add any lettuce, when they did add purple cabbage they added all the water making the halloumi bruger wet, messy, and slapdash. The mock duck wrap was mostly just wrap literally 40% was just folds of wrap onto itself. All the water from the filling had gone to the bottom of the wrap making the last couple of bites like chewing watery dough. 100% do not recommend this Kwackers, not to mention the portion sizes do not justify the price whatsoever.

   Had a lovely meal here! The food was absolutely delicious – full of flavour and beautifully presented. What really made the experience even better was the service. Mikaela, our waitress, was amazing – so friendly, attentive, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. Would definitely come back!

   The fried chicken is by far the best in Southampton — if you don't know where to go, you HAVE to come here. The staff are super friendly and happy to help if you have any questions. Did I mention it's the most delicious chicken I've ever had? It's the best!! The fries are also super tasty, and everything is really affordable. My partner and I have become huge fans. Oh, and they offer a 10% student discount — amazing!

   Visited for a quick lunch today situated at in the food hall at the top of west quay shopping centre it adds an interesting fusion of west meets east food. I ordered the original duck burger with a helping of Asian slaw, spring onions, pickled ginger and hoisin sauce, my partner had the sweet chili chicken burger, all served with fries and also ordered an extra side of spring rolls. The duck burger was tasty, not too gamey flavour, nice bouncy texture to the meet, complemented by the fresh and crunchy slaw and the sweet hoisin. The chicken burger was crisp and the sweet chili was just right. Fries are fresh and crunchy, nothing spectacular but nicely done. Spring rolls were slightly anaemic, could of done with 30 seconds to add a little colour and the filling was very underwhelming. All in all a very nice burger would be interested in trying a few of their dishes.

   A first experience while being a unique store to Southampton only. Good staff service, interesting to see duck patty in a form of burger. Was debating on another dish but rather attempt with something local first. A contrast to fast food shops I work in was a relaxing environment and an easygoing process when ordering

   Wow... went here the other day with my sister. Wasn't to sure what to have. The staff were amazing, and helpful. They gave us some tester pots to try the different fillings. We decided to have a duck wrap and a salt and pepper chicken wrap and have half each. They we amazing wraps. I preferred the duck wrap. Staff provided us with some excellent service, friendly, happy and just made your experience of the place that little bit better. Will definitely go back and really recommend this place for a quick bite to eat.

   I tried for the first time and I don’t think so I buy again. I ordered chicken wrap and the wrap doesn’t have any taste!!! The size of the wrap was so small. They are very clean and packaging was very good but food was not as good as I thought. Chips was fresh.
