Unfortunately can’t give lower than one star, but would if I could! Order was marked as delivered despite not being delivered. Tried calling but still had no answer after 20 minutes. Went there to find the place closed, lights off and all locked up. Haven’t been able to get through to anyone regarding a refund. Extremely unhappy.
Never delivered the food. Trying contact the store, no answer for half hour. This place is a joke! First and last time we ordered from that place! Don't waste of your time and money !!!!
Ordered a take away trough just eat, the restaurant took the orders with estimate time 30-40 minutes delivery... 1.5 late nothing and the app was showing already delivered, money taken from the account..... rang the restaurant for 10-15 minutes no respond, walked all the way to Papa Jones just to see the restaurant closed...... So Papa Jones where are my money
Ordered pizzas which said they were delivered and hour later but were not but did arrive cold 1 hour 23 minutes later and no extra dips that I ordered, refused the cold delivery and still waiting for my PayPal order that I was told twice had been sent. VERY POOR SERVICE. Domino's from now on.
Very disappointed. Ordered a pizza online at 19:07, Got a text to say it was out for delivery at 19:31. I recieved another text at approx 20:20 which stated the delivery was cancelled. When I phoned them I was told that they were now using Uber for deliveries and no driver was available for 50 mins after which time they dont want you to have cold food so cancelled the order and my money would be refunded within 3 days. Its a good job I have a microwave burger in the fridge! I appreciate that they didnt try to reheat and send me out the old pizza but I do think they need to re-think the use of Uber. Edit: I did receive a refund within 12 hours.
Pizza never arrived even though they are absolutely convinced they delivered it. Waited for an hour and a half, rang a few times chasing but they kept saying it’s on its way… to then say it’s been delivered. We have a ring camera and definitely no cars have driven past - no one has been here. They said they’d refund me but won’t send a confirmation email so will be shocked if I get my money back. Just chaos.
Genuinely quite a bit nicer than other papa John's places I've ordered from. The delivery was in the expected time, the delivery driver was friendly and polite, and the food was tasty and hot on arrival. I don't think you can ask for much more than that.
Ordered a pizza deal on the app, as I do quite regularly. This was confirmed and accepted. 2 hours go by and no word of my pizza. Finally I get an email explaining there was an issue but not even the common decency to explain what the issue was. After phoning the store they explain that their system is down and they will issue me a refund. So thanks for making me wait 2 hours for no food but also to make me thankful you'll return my money that you should never have accepted.. you have lost a loyal customer for life!
Ordered a pizza on sunday 26/06/2022 and it turned up bang on the time I ordered it for, great I thought. I delved into the box to taste the cheesy and meaty delights that I had waited for. Upon finishing I was fully satisfied that was until an hour later when I started to feel unwell. Subsequently that evening I found myself with my head firmly placed in the toilet expelling said pizza I had eaten not but afew hours prior and have had to take days off of work as a result of the food poisoning I have received. Would I recommend to a friend you ask? Yes, yes I would. I would recommend that they stay as far away as possible and order from somewhere else (cough dominos cough) hopefully no one else falls victim to my unfortunate experience.
