We placed an order in the drive through however a few items were missing and the lovely lady with the purple hair (sorry I didn’t catch your name) stepped in to help us, she was so lovely and handled the situation perfectly!
Have been a regular here for years now and they never disappoint, breakfast is definitely the time to go the hash browns are elit!
Tonight I was at Burger King. Near IKEA Aberdeen. On the way home, my family asked me to bring some large menu burgers (5 large ones, to be precise). I asked if I could have the 5 Diet Cokes in bottles because I had to drive and had nowhere to put the glasses. The very young, disrespectful, arrogant kid simply said it was against policy and the bottles were for delivery only. I told him I didn't need them because they would spill in the car. He turned his back on me after giving me a contemptuous smile. After a few seconds, he slammed the 5 empty glasses on the counter, saying with a smirk on his face, "Here are your drinks, not caring at all about my situation." I replied, "You keep them. I said I don't need them, I repeat, either I drive or I keep the glasses." His response? "No problem, it's your money anyway!" I asked to speak to the manager and the kid said, "Sam the man wants to talk to you!" Always smiling, with contempt, looking at me as if I were begging for money. I asked the young manager to help me out and give me the bottles (plastic, of course) because otherwise the drinks would all be scattered all over the car. His response, lacking empathy and no consideration for the customer, was that he couldn't do so. Needless to say, they didn't even refund my money for the drinks. Only a careless with lack of minimum common sense for costumer service manager and staff, could have such disrespectful manners. It should be noted that nowhere, at least not in this store, is there any warning about bottled drinks. In fact, other stores have always helped me with this. Moral of the story: This Burger King will never see me again, and with as the gravy on the top, the buns and fries were thrown like dirty laundry in the washing machine. Thank you for ruining a family's Saturday night. Shame on you!
Order and food was fine. I believe one should have a smile on one's face when serving customers. The employee that served me, it felt like he was being forced to work there & didn't want to. I've always believed it doesn't matter how much the job pays and one should take pride in ones work and do it correctly, because they are able to work. Unlike me who would love to work but I can't work anymore and have to use a wheelchair. I still have a smile on my face even though I am in constant excruciating pain 24/7—365 & my body is screaming from pain. Other than the miserable employee the grub was fine and I went through the drive through quite rapidly.
Classic Burger King, we ordered the breakfast deal, coffee, and a bacon roll with hash browns thrown in. I have to admit the bacon roll was better than the last McDs breakfast I had, and the hash browns were miles ahead of McDs on flavour and amount given. I liked the shape of them. The lattes tasted strong and left a slight bitter taste in the mouth. The servers were polite and well presented. The toilets were clean. One point to make, at 09.30 on a Saturday morning, there were no other customers, but the air con was on full blast, making inside freezing. We ate in the car it was warmer.
Best Burger King in all of Aberdeen. Best in Service, Quality, Delivery, Drive Thru and the Dine-in is Wonderful.
After eating my meal my stomach became rather agitated and I had somewhat unpleasant bowel movement. Safe to say this put a bit of a dampener on the day’s proceedings! The 30 minutes spent on the toilet were quite sub optimal to say the least. Shan’t be hurrying back! I’d give 0 stars if I could 1 seems generous!! Anyway have a nice day
Very busy when we got there. But the staff were really efficient. We ordered the new Angus specials but didn't really enjoy it. Burgers had very little sauce on. They seemed terribly dry.
Standard BK fare, food is better than the clown man's place, service could be quicker, and cheerier but I wouldn't blame anyone working there for losing the will to live having to deal with some of the Karen troglodytes roaming these type of establishments. Overall average but what else can you expect, its fast food not the blooming Ritz.
