Items missing and pizzas had been dropped on the floor and arrived cold, soggy and in an inedible, terrible state. Emailed pics and called the store to complain and they agreed to refund the order (£40) but only refunded £14 Terrible customer service don’t order from here!
Ordered online, called to change one small detail (done immediately), and the pizza came very quickly and was hot. Lovely delivery guy (sorry - I can't remember his name). Thanks a lot :-)
Order here on a regular basis, always comes in 20 minutes and right on time, never once had an issue with any missing items or poor quality As they’re always in perfect condition. Drivers are always very friendly too. Overall 5 stars and will continue to order from here in the future
Ordered on line and watched tracking order to see the delivery driver go past my address and do multiple deliveries miles away and when phoned branch gentleman who answered phone spoken broken English and speed making it hard to understand and assured me that my food would be fresh and hot as there bags keep them hot for over 2 hours. Very poor service now adays they definitely gone down hill fast. For deliveries wait until the branch in Woodley closes they they send from Earley and that branch is prompt polite and they cook the food better!
The veg garden pizza I ordered is very tasty with full of flavours and great quality. The staff is very friendly to serve me hot pizza . Would definitely recommend for fresh pizza .
Ajay and nick were the best two people I've ever met. They catered to my needs after I went to the pub to watch football. It was basically 10pm and they still gave me the best service I've ever had. 10/10! Love this place and will always come back ❤️
Waited 20min for a pizza tha wasn't even made disputed it waiting another 5mins and still wasn't made so I asked for a refund but they wasn't allowed to give one even though it goes against their terms snd conditions of trading license. The manager was extremely rude reprimanding staff in front of customers and extremely rude when asked for a refund. This if theft and I'll not be using these again!
s#!t. my delivery so far has taken 2 hours and 30 minutes to come. i’ve called when it hit the 2 hour mark because i didn’t want to be pushy if they were busy but 2 hours was long enough. It STILL hasn’t arrived. it’s current 10:16pm i’m not hungry anymore and i’m tried but now i’ve got to sit up and wait for this pizza to be delivered. Can’t even get a refund, didn’t get the chance to ask for one.
Order regularly from the woodley branch + happy with service. delivery is prompt, arrives hot, staff always polite. if there have been orders in thr past that were missing an item, the staff correct this ASAP. continue to purchase from my local domino's branch as I'm happy.
