   I’ve read the other reviews (albeit after the fact), but as someone who has worked in hospitality for over 20 years, I’d like to offer a fair and balanced assessment. I didn’t order online or by phone, I popped in and placed my order directly with a lovely man behind the counter. He was attentive, kind, and while there is clearly a language barrier, I found him to be polite. I’d have to disagree with the comments calling him rude. It’s true that he both takes orders and cooks the food. On a busy Friday night, I’d usually expect at least one extra pair of hands in the kitchen, but with crisis in hospitality at the moment, I do admire his work ethic and dedication. Now, the food: not inedible, but definitely lacking in flavour. The oil either needed changing or wasn’t hot enough, the prawn toast was quite greasy. The special fried rice was very dry, and the crispy seaweed wasn’t especially crispy. That said, the satay and the sweet and sour sauce were both delicious. I probably wouldn’t order again, but I can’t fault this man’s spirit or how hard he’s clearly working.

   Ordered a takeaway through their online payment portal Yoyo. Money taken, but never confirmed by Yoyo. Called the restaurant, very rude man answered! He's not delivering anymore, he's only cooking. Website took my money wait 1 week for redund. Immediately contacted Yoyo within their office hours. Yet to have a response. Do not trust this restaurant or Yoyo. Will see if I get my money back.

   Would give zero!!! Ordered 1 hour before close. Got an email to say order accepted. Waited 2 hours and surprise surprise no answer when calling or emailing. Charged nearly £30! Got a cancellation email the following day promising refund into my card. Waited 3 weeks before I went through the bank. They have now claimed they did deliver (why cancel it then?) And have tried to charge me again. Which means they are illegally storing payment details. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PLACE!!!

   Simply the worst food I have ever eaten. Cheap, nasty meat used, the only other ingredient was MSG. Not sure what was worse the food or the person who served it. His attitude was awful. Avoid at all costs I have been up all night.

   Ordered £100 worth of food. Informed it was delayed and would take an hour, after two hours no food. App said it was delivered. Called they said would call back, no call and now not answering the phone and no food. Disgraceful! Do not order from here, not worried about any kind of customer service. Birthday celebrations ruined.

   I have used this takeaway 3 times too many. Food is either cold not cooked properly or the prawns are gone off. The guy that runs the shop and does everything cook, takes orders and delivers also, is the most hopeless little Chinese person I have ever dealt with he is rude and incompetent in his business, he claims he cannot give a refund if you don’t receive your food! Last night we ordered a meal and we waited 1 & 1/2 hours and nothing arrived, call the guy he said I will be delivering soon! We waited another hour, no communication by phone or anything. We called he ignored his phone. We phoned him tonight to ask for our refund for a no show takeaway meal he said he has no facility to refund to us? My advice is to avoid this takeaway just don’t bother he simply is just awful and his food, if you end up receiving it.

   Overpriced and terrible stinking greasy food, eat elsewhere. Grabbed from a freezer and thrown in a wok. Their 'very good' (5 hygiene rating) also hasn't been updated since 28th November 2018 which they still advertise. When I went for takeaway, there was only 1 staff member there. While I was sat down waiting for my order, he came over with the delivery phone number asking me to ask for their address and postcode because he couldn't understand them, not very professional.

   Very unimpressed, delivery took over an hour and sorry to say but it was the worst Chinese I have had in a long time. Very greasy and oily curry, chicken was really chewy and the sides were just as bad.
