Found on a google search today and what a joy! Staff were helpful sorting a table for us with our 2 small pooches! Ordered 2 mixed grills and OMG a massive portion but each item on it was great quality and cooked to perfection. Service was super fast and attentive also, rare find where all the boxes are ticked. Will be back!

A very nice pub and very pleasant atmosphere. The staff are very friendly. I had the roast beef it was overdone and the potatoes were very dry. The beer was also flat. Very disappointing. Interestingly they have dog menu.

Really enjoyed our Sunday Roast here! Lovely atmosphere and a delicious food! We came without booking, but the place got full up really quick and some tables did have a "reserved" card on. So to avoid disappointment it might be worth securing a table beforehand. Especially on a Sunday. Service was excellent, portions really good and food very tasty. We had Chicken Roasts - one small portion and one regular. Small portion was normal size for me, so I was actually very full afterwards! I highly recommend this place!

Delicious hearty pub food boasting large portions to feed the eyes and packed with flavour. Recommended to family friends and now they go as much as we do! • Good location, has parking • Nice relaxing atmosphere

Great food which tasted freshly made. Lovely old, cosy pub. Much larger looking inside than meets the eye but be beware the low ceilings!

Great food, great service and a lovely venue with some really nice views no matter what the weather. The old ship has many little hiding spots to have a quiet meal or drink with friends. The atmosphere is always vibrant and energised. Plenty of space inside and out to enjoy especially in good weather. The team are very friendly and always willing to accommodate or help. Waiting time is spot on, no matter how busy they are they set expectation at the start of your experience. Bar service is always very quick and the team always know who's next to be served. No only that, they acknowledge you and make you feel at home. They have space to hire for events, parties, meetings. So if you want your own space, they can accommodate. However, I highly recommend booking. All in all. Top notch experience, highly recommend

Great pub/restaurant with good parking and a garden. Beautiful old world interior with lots of nautical themed curios. Super friendly and helpful staff... highly recommended.

Lovely pub with friendly staff. Food portions are massive and are great value for money. I had the fish fingers wrap with a side of some of the most amazing chips I've had. My partner had the cajun chicken which was flavourful and cooked perfectly. However I just wished they grilled my wrap as it was rather plain and the side of salad it came with could've used some sort of light dressing for added flavour. Overall, this pub is highly recommended and we will surely visit again.
