   I ordered on UberEats and the order took 2 hours to arrive and arrived wrong. I ordered 6 foot long sandwiches and I received 2 foot longs and 2 6-inch sandwiches and all of the orders were wrong. The UberEats driver said that he told the woman working at subway that the order was wrong but she was insistent and forced him to take it. I called and she was extremely rude and refused to help in any way other than saying that they were closing. When I asked for her name and if there was anything they could do she hung up. I called back 3 times and each time she picked up and immediately hung up or let it ring out.

   Shaun is awesome. He welcomes the he customers so warm that you don’t want to leave the shop. Throughout the time I was waiting for my footlongs to get ready, he talked with my 8 year old daughter about the food, how he make sandwiches and many other things and my daughter and of course myself enjoyed the talk. The footlongs are delicious and I recommend it to everyone visiting this branch.

   I'm a regular customer at Subway Cults - it's my daughter's favourite takeaway! Their footlong subs are fantastic, freshly prepared using amazingly tasty fillings and crisp fresh salad and vegetables. Royal and Shaun offer a very warm welcome every time I visit. They are both extremely polite, friendly and helpful and are everything you would hope for as a customer. Nothing is too much trouble. They always check any offers or discounts I am due and leave me feeling that I'm really getting great value for my money. To be greeted in such a friendly manner, ensures that I'm a regular customer. I'm even given a friendly wave if I'm just walking past. Great food, fantastic service, brilliant value for money and two genuinely nice guys. Highly recommend!

   It's good food, but I always have to ask for more lettuce and spinach. I order the veggie delight and it always feels barely filled. When I ask for more they add more so no real complaints, but a less confident person may just say nothing and get a sparse sandwich. I come from NJ, USA so subs there are more of a thing. Other than that, tap water is free, the service is always polite, you just tell them what you want and you get it :) Just tried the nachos and added jalapeños and it was yummy and a good portion.

   Came during closing time today and Michael the staff had already cleared up and cleaned the place but it was so nice of him to get things out and make us a sandwich. I would definitely go back just because of Michael's gesture.

   Good sandwiches and wraps as expected. Always vouchers available online or via the Subway app too. Shop is really small in Cults so you can only sit along the window bench (if there is space) and parking outside is all about luck! Good value and decent grub. Recommend the Chipolte Steak & Cheese Wrap!

   I recently went into the Subway in Cults and found the member of staff (Declan) to be extremely helpful. My Subway card was not working properly and he took time to sort out the problem. Declan was extremely polite, courteous and a credit to your company.
