Nice food, different flavors, well cooked, not ready meals as others. A bit spicy for us, but I suppose this is how supposed to be. Kids food was also of good quality. Service and atmosphere was good.
Very welcoming service, good was lovely. I had the meat basket which I wasn't impressed with but the other two diners loved their meals. It was very very warm in the restaurant, which got uncomfortable. We declined a second drink just because it was far to warm. Would eat here again.
Went for a dinner on a Friday night. Was quieter than expected but that made it more intimate. Service was fast and lovely and the food was honestly amazing. No complaints! The only issue we found was that the menu didn’t have many options to choose from. However, there was still something for everyone. We also had a margarita and the cocktail of the week, Bob Marley, which tasted amazing. We only saw one lady working the entire time we were there and she did an amazing job looking after her tables whilst attending to her jobs. Found out that I even share a birthday with her!
Wonderful food, although menu could possible be expanded a bit. We had the steak with a sublime sauce, rice and peas and gorgeous fried plantain. The decor was incredibly tasteful, reflective of its African heritage in an extremely modern and fashionable style.
Food was amazing! So many things we didn't manage to try but will definitely be back to try again. Cocktails were nice but a tad watery. Service was lovely, staff were really lovely
My new favourite place in Aberdeen. So much amazing food couldn't decide, so went for the meat basket. Everything was cooked perfect and was good to get to sample a few different meats. Staff are very friendly. Cocktails were great as well.
I was delighted to welcome Gidi Grill to Aberdeen after hearing rave reviews about their Dundee branch. The food certainly lived up to the hype. Struggled to narrow down my choice but went for the seabass main and the rum cake dessert - both delicious and I didn't want the meal to end. My friends really enjoyed their dining experience too. Friendly service with a smile and beautifully decorated establishment. I will be back. Thanks!!
